Fisherman’s Cove is Hilton Guam Resort & Spa’s seafood market concept, the restaurant features Guam’s freshest seafood in a grand display for guests to choose from.
Once seafood items are selected from the display, restaurant chefs prepare the items to guest preferences.
A la carte and children’s menus also are available, as well as a selection of steaks and other meats.

I asked them to pack my clam chowder to go.. over 90% left for the soup. And when I got home they didn't pack it. Very disappointed as the food was good..

Wonderful food! Variety of menu choices, fresh fresh, crab legs, oysters, clams with a nice wine selection. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful with choices. 2nd time here and again, we loved it. Thank you.

Wonderful restaurant. The ceviche had an amazing Japanese twist loved it. The Ahi seared perfectly.

After always being curious about the place, I finally got to try it out! The food and sangria was delicious and choosing our seafood to cook was a very fun experience. Staff and service was also great.
