    Service was great! Attentive and friendly! Food was very highly seasoned. Too much at times. Collard greens too much salt and the peach cobbler too much cinnamon. Was worth a try. Not sure if I would return given the price for dinner.

    Outstanding experience! Definitely a 10/10. From the service to every dish I tried, pure perfection! And please don’t start me with the drink menu or the bartender. Simple amazing and affordable!

    We were seated in a timely manner and waited on within a reasonable time. Our waiter was excellent. Food was good, just had to wait on the shrimp and grits so probably could have waited to bring everything at once. Overall an excellent night out with family from out of town. They were. Impressed.

    Food is always good had the oxtails and artichoke dip both were very tasty and fresh. Went on a weekend on weekends definitely need a reservation

    Made a reservation at 5 and didn’t get sat until 5:25 after going back up to the host standing and asking how long it would be. They told us if we didn’t want to wait we could take the table closest to the door, which was fine for having to wait 25 minutes passed our scheduled reservation time. Our server was slammed so service was a bit slow but he was really sweet and let us know he’d be right with us so we at least were acknowledged! Food and portions were great as usual, music is a bit loud for conversation but the songs are bangers (:

    Wonderful food, and service. Great looking restaurant. Too, too noisy! Could not hear table mate, between the energetic Sunday afternoon crowd and the music, the noise-level was deafening. Noise level spoiled an otherwise enjoyable meal.

    I was visiting for the weekend and came across here for brunch on Sunday and was very pleasantly impressed by everything! From the decor to the DJ and especially the food, absolutely got my money’s worth. Hands down some of the best Soul Food I have had in quite some time!
