   We booked the A Christmas Parlor experience & maybe should have done more extensive research before coming. The menu was extremely limited at a whole and even to the point where one item wasn’t available which was likely the heartiest item on the menu. Limited vegetarian options & only one drink could be made as a mock tail which truly tasted like just pineapple juice. We booked for a Karaoke room as well & we were told the menu in the main portion of Flanker was just as limited as at the Christmas Parlor. The staff were kind and tried super hard to give a great experience but as a whole the place seemed so disorganized, ready to go out of business and truthfully not somewhere I would come back to for an evening. I would maybe venture down for brunch but would be super hesitant that they might not be able to fulfill their brunch menu.

   Are first time there and we couldn't get served do to food heath issues. It really sucked because the place looked awesome

   Pop up Christmas Bar was AMAZING!! I am so glad we were able to get reservation! We will be back next year

   The Christmas Parlor was well decorated very cute! Cups were cute drink were average but 20$ a cup so not real worth it. The Cinnabon drink was to us almost undrinkable. The food is very expensive almost 30$ for cheese and meat and crackers and not a very big sharable plate. Loved the smores but again cheap item for over 20$ but your paying for the experience and it was very cute with a great atmosphere great waiters! So it's 50/50. It's what you make of it. It was a fun date night. We will probably keep picking a few of the pop ups to attend just do to the atmosphere.

   Our party was sat in the Christmas Parlor speakeasy and we watched everyone who was seated *after* us get their order taken before us. We waited for a half hour to have our order taken and eventually left feeling disappointed.

   Spent New Year’s Eve there and I had a great time. Good band playing live FUN music, the drinks were tasty and food was decent.

   First of all, the service is awful because they know they are getting at least a 20% tip automatically. We ordered the egg snow and it was undrinkable. Tasted like pure cheap liquor, no taste of eggnog flavor. Our other two drinks were somewhat tolerable. Ordered the pigs in a blanket for almost $20 and it came with THREE. The waitress could have mentioned this as we had four at our table and we ordered it as an appetizer. For 3 drinks and 3 pigs in a blanket our total was $93. Absolute ripoff!

   Went to the Christmas Parlor pop up bar. It was adorable and decorated perfectly. Loved all the touches. Unfortunately, the bar tender seemed checked out and was extremely unfriendly . Asked if any food was gluten free and if I could do mocktaila instead. Was made to feel like we shouldn’t be there and was visibly annoyed. Nearly walked out. Recommend some mocktail options for designated drivers and those that can’t drink.

   Making a reservation here is ridiculous. The waitress was grumpy & put out we needed refills or anything at all. Couldn’t order a 2nd drink. The food was tasty but cold when it was delivered.

    The experience/ ambience was cool. Definitely one and done situation. The food was mediocre. Really expensive for extremely small portions. Our server was awful. It was hard to get her attention. She seemed mad at us the whole time. Very unfriendly. We had a group of 4. Our bill was 200$ and we walked away feeling unsatisfied. Definitely not worth the price tag. But the back room was decorated really cool. So we got a few good pictures but not worth 200$
