Our bar specializes in martinis and unique cocktails using small batch liquors. A wine list features the best of California’s extraordinary vineyards with an emphasis on the local appellation--the Santa Cruz Mountains.

    We had an absolutely wonderful time. The whole experience was superb, from the moment we arrive the staff was friendly. welcoming and very attentive. The food was incredibly delecious andservic impeccable. Could not have had a better time. We'll definitely be back.

    We arrived at 4:59 and were told, "Sorry, we don't open until 5:00." Bad, insensitive start. But then, good service, but the rest downhill. First, corkage fee highest I've ever experienced, $45. This place is not the Ritz. Small servings of too precious food from limited menu, and OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Braised ribs much too greasy. Last visit! Owner Cool has become too snooty. Labels brussels sprouts as "mini-cabbages." WTF!

    Love the vibe, we ordered lamb chop as snack, “divorce me” soup😀, pork chop and beef rib for main courses. They all delicious, meat is tender and juicy, soup tasted great. The complimentary biscuits and bread is definitely a plus. The waitress was polite though she came to our table once, but the busgirl was very helpful, always had smile in her face. Overall I’ll give a 4.8 out of 5 for the dining experience

    We are big fans of FSC. Dined there many times over the past few years. It is truly a high-end farm-to-table restaurant. Everything about FSC is 5-star without being over the top! Food, service, ambience and attitude. Last Saturday night, it was busy, in fact it was humming with energy. Our first two courses were effortlessly and timely served. Then there was a long, long pause. We wondered if we'd ever see our entrees. As soon as that thought crossed our lips, the chef came out and apologized and explained the situation. Not only that we offered to comp our entrees. We were fine with the apology, however, this really speaks to how serious they take responsibility not only for the food and the service but the overall well-being of their customers. And an extra special shout out to Kent, our server, who was friendly, professional and timely all the while taking care of multiple tables. Additionally I'd like to mention how good the meal was.

    This is definitely my new favorite restaurant. We had the Brussel sprouts which were delicious and perfectly made. My wife had the short ribs which were so tender that she didn't need a knife. I had the most perfectly made salmon that I've ever had in my life. Quite expensive so it won't be a regular dining experience but will be reserved for special occassions.
