   Definitelyyyyyy not worth the price for the Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu. Was kind of a strange vibe to be honest and the food was mediocre. But the wine and live music were lovely.

   Went twice during the week and it was great. Food is overpriced but that’s expected at 4 seasons and isn’t an issue when the food is good. Unfortunately we went on Valentine’s Day. Since our first 2 experiences were great I figured I would get great service and comfortable seating. The service was awful. The girl who waited on us needs to be trained. No hot towels after a large seafood tower. No spoon for my soup until it was cold. Entree: steak was dry and potatoe was undercooked. She came after 15 minutes asking if everything tasted wonderful I said it did not, she offered something else but it was too late. It was a pre fixed menu so after she cleared the plates dessert came out. 5 minutes after finishing she asked if we wanted any coffee or tea.. again too late. My first 2 visits were great but the restaurant was maybe at 50% capacity. I wouldn’t recommend going on a busy night. The staff just couldn’t handle it.

   We had the best Valentines day meal. The food, the ambiance, the service was unbelievable. We cannot speak highly enough. It was worth every penny and one for the memory books Thank you 🙏🏻

   The food has a Mediterranean influence but I would not call it Mediterranean. The price for the entrees for the most part start closer to $45 and go up from there. Good atmosphere and food overall.

   Please be sure to confirm outdoor table if using open table. Very different experience indoors vs outdoors on lovely terrace. I specifically booked outdoors. Reservation confirmation stated outdoors. Upon arrival they explained that's a "request" and not a reservation. The difference is pretty big. Indoors lacks any ambience. The terrace is lovely. This should be much clearer on the app.

   We are familiar with this Chef as we have done at his restaurant in France, which is one of the best I have ever eaten at. Flories was absolutely delicious. Maybe the best piece of swordfish I have ever had however, I do think the atmosphere is lacking and the service was quite slow. I wish the ambience outside was more special it would improve the dining experience for me. We felt very much like we were at a hotel with transient guests lots of families and small children running around on Saturday night. It loses something in translation The food is just outstanding. I must say, but I would not run back because of the ambience. Also, the parking cost $31 which was ridiculous. They should definitely validate and comp the diners.

   I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant, one that exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. Despite arriving 13 minutes before our reservation, we were warmly greeted by the restaurant manager, Vincent. He was incredibly gracious and offered us a private table with a stunning ocean view (originally reserved for six people), even though the restaurant was fully booked. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the evening. Our server was equally impressive—attentive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the menu. They guided us through each dish with precision, making the dining experience feel even more special, even by Palm Beach standards! Here’s what we ordered: 1.Tuna Tartare – Exceptionally fresh with a vibrant citrusy touch. 2.Truffle Pizza – Hands down the best truffle pizza in Florida. (Seriously, the New York Times should write about it!) 3.Wagyu Steak – Perfectly cooked, juicy, and served at the ideal temperature. Since the portions were quite generous (especially for us Europeans), we decided to skip dessert. But to our surprise, the Chef sent over a special dessert with “Happy Anniversary” beautifully written on it—even though our anniversary had been two days prior! It turns out the manager, in his attentiveness, had informed the staff, making this kind gesture possible. The dessert was divine and the perfect way to end the meal. This was a true 5-star experience in every way. From the service to the food, everything was impeccable. I’ll absolutely be coming back and plan to become a regular.

   Good was excellent, we had Lamb and Chicken and the flavors were exceptional. Paul our waiter we very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every meal option in detail. Service was timely and we had a very pleasant meal.

    We loved our dinner at Florie’s Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach FL. Famous Chief Mauro Colagreco’s and his Chiefs' creation food was delicious. The all food was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and the service was incredibly attentive. We felt truly welcomed and well-treated and will be back soon. The ambiance at Florie’s was just what we needed for a special evening soft lighting, and cozy seating. Our server Mauricio was a phenomenal and managers and rest of the crew as well, Thank you to all for amazing experience 🙏🥰❤️
