   Florie’s at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach is a truly stunning restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance, and our server made the evening even better with their warm and attentive service. We started with the squash carpaccio, which was absolutely to die for – so fresh, flavorful, and unique. For our main courses, I had the mushroom truffle pizza, and wow – it was incredible. My friend ordered the filet, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. I also had the pomegranate margarita, and when I asked to substitute the tequila for mezcal, it turned out fantastic – a smoky, perfectly balanced twist on a classic. One of the most memorable touches was the Pablo Neruda poem they brought with the bread. It was such a thoughtful and unique detail that added a personal, artistic element to the whole experience. I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in Palm Beach. Florie’s is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates amazing food, excellent service, and an unforgettable atmosphere!

   We had dinner here for Cindy’s birthday before a concert at the Kravis Center. Our first time dining here. Seated promptly outdoors (our choice). Place was beautiful. Service was excellent and not at all intrusive. Ordered oysters and tuna tartare as appetizers. Tuna was flavorful and had a beautiful spicy avocado accompaniment. Oysters were fresh and the mignonette was perfect. Oysters were overpriced, but tasty Main course was dorado baked in a salt crust for two. Filleted table side …the sauce over the fish was a savory zabaglione that worked very well. The waiter brought a very thoughtful dessert of fresh berries and chocolate truffles….overall pleasant experience…not inexpensive, but was worth it for a special occasion p.s. a 16$ charge for valet parking was a bit annoying
