    One of the most internationally recognized winemakers whose resume includes: Screaming Eagle, Tusk, Dalla Valle, Dana Estates, Vice Versa, Fairchild, Zakin, La Pelle, Lail, etc! Maayan Koschitzky, head of winemaking for Philippe Melka's cult wineries, will take us through La Pelle wines which is recognized as the highest quality price ratio (QPR) in Napa Valley (entry to reserve). The wines are incredible - his first release from 2016 sold out in 24 hours! The round lush tannins that Melka wines are known for but dials back overripe fruit bombs to craft something truly special- bringing the best of both worlds up & down the portfolio. Bordeaux styled Sauv blanc, Chablis styled Chardonnay, Napa Cabernets with a nod towards Bordeaux.

    Flour and Thyme is my new go to restaurant downtown. Food was great-had Chilean sea bass and branzino. The wine list is really impressive as well. Lovely space and excellent service as it had been at Anhelo. Looking forward to eating at the new Scottsdale location.

    Simply outstanding. The chefs 7 course menu was just a blast of flavor and surprise. Every plate was unique in its way and definitely overdelivered. The wine pairing was very exciting as well. Every glass was in harmony with every plate paired and the Sommelier/staff were very knowledgeable of each wine served. They have a very extended list for those who would like to explore specific bottles. Recommended for every occasion.

    Really an exceptional experience. Food was incredible and well-conceived, with the duck breast and the chawanmushi being a highlight. But what truly took things a step beyond, was the service. From the very beginning to the very end, absolutely flawless. Every person who interacted with our table, was polished, timely, and personable, and special mention to our server for being so knowledgeable and friendly. Major props to the front-of-house. Dinner took what was a special night for my partner and I, to the next level. Absolutely recommend for anybody looking to enjoy delicious food, a beautiful interior, and top-of-the-line service.

    For New Year’s Eve they had a very adventurous tasting menu. They featured some very unique courses and created kind of a custom wine pairing for us as well. The service is very attentive and informative, but relaxed and not stuffy. They are definitely on the Michelin star track.

    We were a group of three and had starters and sides to share as well as a main course each. All of it was fresh and tasty, complemented well by the drinks (Chardonnay, Oaxacan Sour and Kilt Lifter). Truly recommend the crudo, the sea bass and the duck breast.

    This restaurant had the perfect vibe . The food was cooked to perfection. We had the tomahawk steak with mole sauce and the wood fried branzino fish . The chef made us a very unique corn base dessert that was just fantastic ! I recommend this gem !

    Being from the restaurant industry, I am careful with reviews. I understand the challenges. Here are a couple observations: Several dishes were not available, not sure why, other than they were “sold out” despite very few diners. The sea bass was poached and very good. Lasagna was rather bland and not even hot. Not OK. Staff were great. Definitely some kitchen issues. Close to getting it right, but not there in overall package.
