   This experience was perfect as usual. Fogo doesn’t skip a beat. Best cuts, amazing staff, wonderful atmosphere, and delicious drinks. I don’t have enough excellent things to say about this place. See you all again soon!

   Fogo de Chao was a great restaurant even for the Thanksgiving holiday. While busy, my waiter, Hunter, made every effort to accommodate my needs with a great attitude. Thank your for great service and food.

   They have stopped honoring reservations at all. We had a reservation for 6pm. Arrived at 5:55 and were told it would be an hour wait because “they can’t control how long people hang out.” Ridiculous. They should have an idea of average table turnover time and only take a certain number of reservations accordingly. Greed has taken over and they just don’t care. Sad because the food is delicious. We’ve never had this problem at other Fogos around the US so I’m guessing the NM location is just poorly managed.

   We had a table for 16 reservation at 3:15 pm. We were seated by 3:45 PM - you guys have to remember this was Thanksgiving day. We have plenty of food -plenty of service. We had a great time and we’d like to thank Fogo de Chao Albuquerque for being there for us this year.

   False Advertising - I would have given zero or negative stars if possible. We were traveling from El Paso to Denver and needed a place to eat. Fogo was 10 minutes away and showed availability for a 230 reservation - thrilled, we booked it and headed the 10 minutes off the highway for our reservation. When we arrived there were 4 PAGES of customers “checked-in” and waiting for a table to be seated ahead of us. False advertising and you should be dropped from Open Table for false advertising of availability.

   Bad service from the beginning they sat me in a corner and it took 20 min just to get a slice of meat. The manager came by and asked if everything was ok and when I said no she did nothing to rectify the situation.

    Amazing dining experience! The food was perfection, service was exemplary and the atmosphere was wonderful. Fogo de Chão is my absolute favorite restaurant in Albuquerque and last night , they did not disappoint. Bravo! Thank you to Ronan, Valentino, Alberto, Raphael and the rest of their elite staff.
