   This place was flooded with guests at the time we dined yet, the Fogo team didn’t miss a beat. Perfect service from beginning to end and overall a wonderful visit. Zeb kept us loaded with the best cuts and Angi made sure we always had what we needed. Thank you, FDCABQ!

   Another iconic dining experience to remember! The team served up delicious cuts of meat and provided excellent service as usual. Zeb, Jack, and Richard catered to us and fulfilled all requests and Jared put the cherry on top with a special surprise at the end of the evening. A perfect visit from start to finish.

   Mothers Day, the service was horrible. Staff clueless, and the manager sets a poor example of leadership. My wife and I had reservations, and we waited 20 minutes past reserve time. Finally seated, this was the only time we had seen the waitress. Didn't receive all the items that should come with the meal, bread etc. Got water from a different waiter. Different staff for every interaction with no one actually assigned to wait on us. Finished eating, then tried to get check, staff clueless. Finally engaged manager, just as clueless. Finally, we get a check after 30 minutes of waiting, pay, then leave. Complained to manager and she didn't know what to do. We will never return to this place. Service and management actually break this place! Worse example of how to run a restaurant. But that wasn't the worst of it. It was Mother's Day, and my wife didn't leave this place a happy mom or wife. Stay clear of this mess!

   Decided to treat my wife to a nice lunch at Fogo de Chao today being that it was Mother’s Day and I have to say that the service needs a a lot of work. Selection of meats was on point l, however, from a service standpoint, needs a lot of improvement. Won’t be going back unfortunately!

   It was difficult to get to try all of the meats. Lots of people kept asking if we needed anything, but nobody seemed to be able to deliver.

   5/10/25: 5-star Service is still fabulous. We were well taken care of by all team associates. Thank you to everyone who touched my table. (REWARDS E-CLUB MEMBER review): I recommend RESERVATIONS, although not necessary (you'll just have a long wait or be mad that you didn't make a reservation). Trust me on this one! Elegant dining lunch experience, amazing table service, scrumptious food and attentive staff & management. Ambiance is business casual. Great place for a celebration of all occasions. No appetizers or desserts because my plate runneth over from the continuous table service! Unlimited dining of perfectedly seasoned meats (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, sausage) cheese puff rolls, fresh food bar with an excellent variety of salads, fruits, and vegetables. Mashed potatoes, polenta, and fried bananas are served tableside. Definition OF TEAM PLAYERS is here. A dining guest can flag down any staff member with a request and doesn't have to wait to find his/her original table server. Love that so much! When you're ready to stop eating the deliciousness of...well, EVERYTHING turn your card on the table from green to Red and push away. Enjoy yourself ❤

   This place is the best. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Dining here feels like dining at my home away from home. The team is wonderful and inviting. The food is high quality and always fresh. This place makes me feel like I’m at home yet on the red carpet at the same time. Highly recommend!

    Our first contact was the hostess who was very nice and attentive. Our first server, a woman, was a bit dismissive w/a tad bit of unfriendly attitude. She didn't check on us as much as she was others. We felt ignored by her. That was made up for by the attentiveness of the meat servers, the ladies picking up our used plates, and another young man who may have been a senior server or associate manager. He checked on us regularly, got us our check w/the discount and asked if there was anything else we needed. Those folks were awesome still; our tip did reflect the feeling we had from the first (female) server. If we could have individually tipped the servers who were pleasant, we would have.
