Horrible experience. Waitress came to the table twice, upon arrival and five minutes later. Ordered a beer and never got it. She said she would refill our water and never saw her again for the rest of the evening. Waited 40 minutes to get the check because she never came back. It was a truly horrible service experience that no one should experience. Especially for the price.

Steak was a bit dry (all the ones I tried) no matter they said it was medium. Very noisy compared to other Fogo de Chao’s I visited. Service was great.

Great Experience - Dined with a group of 8 and everyone was happy! And, of course, we left stuffed...so good - it is difficult not to over do it! Kudos to the entire staff!

Food was good. Gaucho servers were hit or miss. They would skip over our table a lot. Regular server was overwhelmed. I don’t know if she had to many tables or just couldn’t keep up. My wife had some menu and other questions during the meal that she couldn’t answer and just stuck with she doesn’t know or isn’t sure instead of getting the manager. At the beginning of our meal the manger was there due to her not and provided great service.

The food was GREAT And the service was fast. I would definitely go back! And we got a free dessert for our anniversary 😍😍 also, I would definitely recommend the full buffet experience.

Slow and bringing around the meat. Keep bringing around the same types of meat. None of the premium cuts. Food just doesn’t have much flavor overpriced with the actual amount of meat you get.
