   Yesterday was my very first time and let’s say the food was amazing me and my bf pick full and let’s say the steak chicken and lamb was season moist tender we picked medium well the mash potatoes was and cheese bread was excellent also and the drinks…. I’m most definitely will be coming back and service was quick polite respectful friendly

   It would help to communicate with people making reservations that although they have a reservation, they might still be waiting an hour! Our reservation was at 7:45p. I checked in at 7:30 and we didn't get seated till 8:35p!

   Arrived at our reservation time and was told there was a 45 minute wait from the time we checked in. Why even take reservations??? Was told this was a corporate issue and there was nothing they could do. This is totally unacceptable. The lobby was packed (barely any standing room) with others all with reservations. This place was so overbooked we left and went to another restaurant without a reservation got seated right away and had an outstanding meal

   Had a 7:15 Valentines reservation (Saturday following). Arrived on time and waited 30 minutes without being seated. The whole bar and lobby was filled with people and it was not moving quickly. 60+ people waiting. We left and went to the Capitol Grille at 8:15. Never plan a day around going here.

   There was over 39 min wait after reservation time, we were almost done with dinner when finally the drinks arrived, meats had no flavor, we never got refills or got to order new drinks, we waited 30 minutes to get the dessert and were charge for dessert that we didn’t ordered. lol, even to pay the bill we had to wait long time. Awful service. Definitely not going back

   Our experience this time around was very disappointing. We saw maybe 4 gauchos in the first hour and two of them had the same meat. Our drink order was incorrect and took way too long to fix. A second drink was ordered and never arrived to our table. The wait staff was inattentive at best. This was probably our last visit

   I have been to this particular location a few times on special occasions. Today we were there to celebrate our anniversary and my daughter’s B day. We had a Confirmation #: 1000129606 for a table of 6 and 5pm and they took over 20 mins to give us our table. The churrasco experience is $67 per person, on which I think is over price for the service they provide and food they offer went it comes to the meats. I almost walked out with my family, because for some unknown reason we were getting ignore. I ask the server for some particular cuts and kinds of meat and they kept saying, I will come back or I will go get it and they will never came back to the table again and you see the server serving the meat at another table. After waiting for over 20 mins or so, I got up and went to look for the manager to explain my self him. It’s too much to mention here which I think is not worth my time listing. Fogo de Chão is not what it used to be and I am very disappointed. My daughter end up her evening waiting for her Filet M. on her Birthday. The lack of detail and attention to the clients is unimaginable! It’s a shame, I hope and wish you all the best!

   We made reservations for Valentine’s Day around 8:30. We waited in a line for reservations for over an hour. When we got to our tables in the very back of the building by the time most of the food came around to us It was cold. The atmosphere was nice and the food was pretty decent but taking into account the wait time I don’t know if I’ll be back.

    I think making reservations for Valentine’s Day at Fogo de Chão was not a good idea. We made a reservation at 8:30 PM and there was a whole line outside for reservations. We started eating at 10.30 PM. We were almost done with the food when we got served water. A lot of people that went for a romantic dinner ended up arguing because how bad the serving was very disorganized. We went to the salad bar and when we got back, the hostage set someone down at our table Overall experience bad  we are not coming back for a holiday at Fogo de Chao
