   We came in for my mothers birthday. Husband and I have been here a few times. Never a bad experience until now. We always get the experience and than order a wagyu steak. Well they over cooked the first one and than forgot about it all together. We asked serval times before a manager came out and explained they forgot to order a new one. Took them almost 2 hours for 1 medium rare steak… won’t be coming back for awhile after this event.

   The chicken thighs were a little dry, parts of the streak were chewy however comma the entire experience outweighed those anomalies. Other than that, my friend was taken aback when she found out they stopped serving pineapple at the end of the meal.

   Had lunch here food is always decent from what I expect from Fogo. My one recommendation is that they should have more meat service to go around with a different selection. I didn’t even get to have the lamb chop that I love and or is the garlic steak more than once. And I had to wait for the check a little longer than normal.

   Much of the meat was overdone and we found the delivery a bit slow. It was a quiet night so not busy

   Great service except for pushing the bottled water to unsuspecting people in our group who didn’t realize that it was extra. Never saw the filet which usually is also one of the choices.

   I have been to Fogo numerous times in several cities. I have to say this was our least favorite experience and my family and I agree we won’t be back. The staff were dismissive, the servers that bring the meat around were sparse and when they did come did not come to our table. I have never encountered anything of that nature in this restaurant. It was my son’s birthday and the occasion was hindered by these subpar conditions.

   Hello All, This is my 3rd time dining at the Baltimore location. This time I was accompanied by my family. I was truly disappointed and so were they. Age range from 50 to 10. The 1st thing was customer service, we had to look for assistance EACH time, as well as the table next to us.(made friends) No, it was crowded we were seated immediately. On Father's day we had about a 30 minute wait, with reservations. I had 3 points, but I'm so disappointed with it all. The food was DRY (chicken) (chicken bacon wrap) we just discarded in our napkins. Hopefully your experience is different. We will not return. Paying for subpar food and service is not what we want to spend our hard earned money on.

    The servers were very kind and accommodating. Most of the food was cold for thanksgiving. Meats were all very rare. Freezing cold inside of the dining area. Not truly worth the money for us but I get the experience.
