   June was fantastic, he was extremely attentive and responsive to every request. He had a huge smile and was extremely polite. I look forward to going back and having him as our server. I will highly recommend this location to a lot of my friends and family.

   This was my first time. I felt tables were too close together so I wasn’t comfortable from the start. Took some time to be greeted once seated. Karina was kind enough to explain how the experience would go but it was so hard to hear. For the price I expected exceptional food and was disappointed.

   One of the best dining experiences that we have had. We had reservations and were seated immediately. We had coffee on our table within 5 minutes of sitting down. The food choices were plentiful and good. We felt the 39.00 per option was great per person as we dont eat a whole lot of food. The salad bar was very fresh and plentiful. They could have added an additional soup which would have been nice. The service was impeccable and attentive. We will definitely be going back. One of the few restaurants I can say that about. Highly recommend.

   Louie and the rest of the staff were so attentive. We were sat at a table near a window off to the side near larger groups and were surprisingly never forgotten about. My party had wonderful time and plan to come back sometime soon. Thanks for a great dinner experience.

   Fogo de Chão is always a great place to celebrate special occasions. The gaucho's provide excellent service and if you're ever craving a specific cut of meat you can let them know and they'll bring it out for you.

   Loud and chaotic. We were seated in a high traffic intersection. Managers would stand over our table to look over the room. First server (male) abandoned us-took a while to get my second glass of wine. Our last server (female) was great. Lamb was excellent but it took a while to get. I don’t think we’ll go back, not really our vibe.

   My boyfriend and I recently visited Fogo de Chão - North Bethesda with high expectations, as this was our first time experiencing this well-known restaurant. We were excited to use a card gifted by a friend for two free dinners and dessert, and despite choosing a busy Saturday evening, we were prepared to be patient and understanding. However, our experience fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, our server never introduced herself, explained the dining concept, or offered any recommendations. Instead, she approached us and immediately asked what we wanted to order. Throughout our meal, we felt largely neglected: water glasses were never refilled, no one asked if we wanted to order more cocktails beyond the drinks we had picked up at the bar ourselves while waiting to be seated, and our server never came back the entire night except to drop off the bill. We had to flag down staff members walking by to ask for help with service, and our plates piled up on the small two-person table until we stacked them ourselves and asked someone to clear them. On a positive note, the Market Table and Feijoada Bar were well-stocked, and we enjoyed the freshness and variety. Additionally, the chicken was flavorful and impressively moist, which was a pleasant surprise for us. Despite the positives, the lack of basic service made our dining experience stressful rather than enjoyable. Because the restaurant was so busy, we chose not to speak with a manager and simply paid and left. We hope that this feedback helps the team improve service for future guests, as Fogo de Chão has the potential to be an exceptional experience.

    We arrived for our reservation and was sat sighing 5-10 minutes. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. After being seated someone came around sighing a couple minutes to take our drink order and to leave the coasters. The restaurant was very busy but still clean, neat and orderly. The managers were helping to turn over tables to help the host and hostesses with seating guest quickly. The managers were also very attentive to guests and came to ask if there were any specific meats we wanted. This was not our 1st visit to this location and the amazing service we receive in addition to the amazing food is why we continue to come back.
