   As a regular guest at Fogo Beverly Hills, this visit left something to be desired. While the food was hot, fresh and very tasty, service was lackluster. To begin, dining at 6:15pm on a Sunday night, it took several minutes to be greeted by a server and even longer to receive water on the tables. As we made our way over to the Market Table, waters still weren't on the table upon my return. My place setting didn't have a fork. so I took one from a neighboring vacant table. The meat service was slow and we kept being offered the same meats/cuts over and over. As our meal continued, I had to ask several times for specific cuts from our server and other staff members. (Filet mignon, lamb chops, sausage, grilled cheese, etc., took especially long to come out.) The worst part was the 15 minutes it took me to flag down any server at the end of our meal to get a check and, once dropped, another 15 before I had to flag the manager to collect and process my payment. In the end, the service has been very inconsistent at this location in recent visits. Perhaps servers have sections too large to give 5-star service to individual tables? Although further away, I may shift future reservations to the Downtown Los Angeles location instead. C'mon, Fogo! This is a fine dining establishment with an average cover charge of $80+/person (before drinks and gratuity!) Let's get it together!

   second event they do where they overbook the area and everybody needs to eat and drink their wine rubbing shoulders with strangers while holding everything on their hands as they don't have enough tables. IN A RESTAURANT! never again. these events are just terribly managed and organized.

   I attended the special VIK wine event on 11/7 and it was disappointing. There was not proper seating, poor communication on the process at check-in, and not a lot of steak. On a positive note, the wine was great!

   Ambient is good. Parking is expensive but convenient. The wagyu ribeye is outstanding but the New York strip is overcooked but still tender and tasty!

   We went for the Wagyu and Wine event on 11/08/24, and we’re not very impressed. We arrived to find out the the event was then called the “bar event” with standing room only. For the cost, this event is not worth it.
