   We were having a girls night out to celebrate a birthday (5 of us). The place was packed, but it seemed like they kept skipping our table when serving the meat! Woman like to eat too! I literally ate more off of the buffet than anything else. It was highly disappointing, I’ve never done that before. Our server only came to check on us once and totally forgot that we were celebrating a birthday. He didn’t even come ask us if we wanted dessert! We had to flag down a different server to ask for a dessert menu. The whole experience was highly disappointing.

   Appearance was good. Staff great . Salad bar good . Amount of meat brought by was just ok. Expected more variety but didn’t get that. Same meat repeatedly brought by. Little disappointed. Little high priced for what we received.

   It was great we went on New Years Eve. The Picaña is famous and recommended, but there was one cut that was bitter. Now, the food is great will go again, but do not just say yes to everything they bring you. Pick your faves.

   They forgot to serve us the food. They barely came into our table for meat! Then they said they ran out of the grilled pineapple but they were serving it to the people close to the bar salad☹️

   The food was amazing as always, but the service very disappointing! We were sitting around 6:00pm and the waitress went to the table but disappeared for more than 20 min… I went to the hostess station to ask for her because we were ready to order and they send us Monica as our new waitress. Honestly, nothing different comparing with the first waitress. Our wine arrived at 6:57 pm almost an hour after we were sat and we never saw a smile, attention or attitude from her. The guys running food was the best part, so kind, smiling all the time and with great attitude!
