   Horrible experience. Too many people packed in like cattle. Actually looked like an updated old country buffet. Noise level was horrible, wait for salad was down the hall. Never will come here ever. Food was subpar

   It was pretty crowded but I’ll give them some credit because it was Valentine’s Day when we went. Even though the restaurant was packed the service was still great and the food was top tier.

   Fogo de Chao WAY OVER BOOKED valentines night dinner. I couldn’t even walk to the salad bar without bumping into chairs & sending my anxiety through the roof! We had only seen “steak” there famous steak twice Overall I got 1/2 of the experience of fogo de chao due to over booking 2/5 stars, won’t be going back…

   Two in our family have Celiac Disease and are gluten free. The regular dining experience is gluten free (including all the table side meats), other than certain dessert and an Italian bread in a separate area on the Market Table salad bar. The manager was right over to go through a full list of the menu highlighting the gluten items. The Market Table is phenomenal and you can always find a great cut of your favorite steak or try them all.

   So food was great. I can say even better than the last couple of times I’ve been there which was few years ago. However, they need to improve service and speed. It took ages for the next server to show up with some meat. I understand the game and you want to slow down the service so people start to feel full while waiting, but for that price, it shouldn’t be too obvious what you’re doing. Our actual waiter was slow to show up to see if we needed refill on drinks or side dishes (which is supposed to be unlimited). I was with my 8 year old daughter and at some point she was like, it looks like Mo one cares about us. All she wanted was some extra bread. It took about an hour from the time she requested extra bread from me to actually getting it. Unacceptable! My lemonade was refilled once thought out the unnecessary 3 hours we spent there. We could have been done in half the time if the service was up to expectation. Overall a mixed experience. The food was very good, but it’s like they don’t want to feed you. Years ago, the place used to be like a beehive buzzing with servers all over the place. Not anymore.

   I have been to many Fogo locations all over the U.S. and this location impressed me the most. The waiters brought piping hot bananas, piping hot mashed potatoes, etc. I really appreciate the food temperature being Hot as it was brought to our table. The attention to detail here was top notch. Excellent service, delicious food, we will be back. Highly recommend!!

   Food was exceptional! Our waitress was attentive in the beginning but disappeared when the restaurant filled up. But another fabulous waitress helped us for the last third of our meal.

    The food was good. Salad bar was delicious. However, the waiter failed to check on our table the entire meal. When I was ready to pay, I had to signal him over to my table. He was informed of his neglect. Will not be visiting fogo during the lunch hours for awhile.
