   Great atmosphere, quality of food is excellent, great service from the waitress, is expensive but you pay for the quality freshness and excellent taste of the meat.

   We had the worst experience there tonight. Incompetent is the best way to sum it up. We always start our holiday with a nice meal out and chose this place for something different this year. The service was horrendous at best. It took 2 servers and at least 3 trips to the table to get our drink order, and the alcoholic beverages then took another 10+ minutes. 5 of the 6 of us did the traditional meat order, but my husband ordered the Sea Bass and passed on the meat. Every time they came to the table they tried to give him meat, even though he didn’t order it. After an hour we inquired about his fish only to find out the order was never put in (we told multiple servers multiple times about this order). The meat service was also an issue with some not serving our full table and only paying attention to one end. They also were not fully aware of their allergens when one of our guests inquired due to an allergy. When we finally talked to the manager he apologized but didn’t really seem to care or show any urgency. We will not be back and do not recommend.

   Tom was very attentive. Food arrived in timely manner. However, wasn’t pleased that we was t seated until an hour later. Would like if customers reserve they are at least 15 minutes afterwards. If customers don’t show up after 10-15 min they lose their spot. I also notice my second drink was dirty. I didn’t notify server. I waited on a straw that I did not receive.

   Always go to Texas de brazil but had gift certificate for fogo. Stopped for a drink at bar but only 5 chairs at bar and 2 high tops - terrible. Atmosphere was mediocre. Salad bar said smoked salmon but not to be found. Texas has shrimp and lobster bisque on salad bar this one was terrible- squash soup and nothing of interest. Food was no were near Texas de brasll. No wonder they had the discount coupon.

   The food and service were great, BUT double check your bill. We were given a lunch menu for dinner. We ordered based on the prices off the lunch menu, but we were billed off the dinner menu prices. Luckily one of the people we were with caught the mistake and the manager corrected the error and charged us the lunch menu prices. Check your menu and check your bill. Inexcusable mistake.

    Service was nonexistent. Waited 10 mins for clean plates. Finally went to the salad bar and grabbed plates for my entire family so we could eat. Had to literally go find a server to bring us water as well. The service here is inexcusable for the price. They weren’t even busy just no one doing much of anything. I feel I should have tipped myself as I did the majority of the work. It was my son’s 12th birthday we were celebrating too. Will certainly be going somewhere else next year. The last few times I’ve dined here it’s been pretty much the same. They don’t seem to care much anymore. I wouldn’t waste my time here again go somewhere that appreciates their customers and are attentive to them.
