   Great service as always. Relatively busy, but very attentive waiters. Hot honey cheese and candied bacon are probably the best things on the menu.

   Had a wonderful time as usual although this time around the service was a little off. They seem to have new servers being trained, and the timing was not the best. Food still top-notch, and the best experience anywhere

   We attended a special “Wine and Wagyu” event last night at the I-drive location which was advertised as “Tastings of bone-in and Wagyu Ribeye, bar bites and your choice of three pours of Fogo Founders Wine. We had attended a Bourbon event last July (our first time trying Fogo) and became instant fans of this restaurant’s food and staff. As a result, we visited once a month ever since and were excited for this event, too. But if last night’s event was our first visit, we would never have returned. The event started at 6:30, but we were not served any food (except cheese rolls) until 7. When the servers started serving food (the bar bites), they started at one end of the room and regularly ran out of food before reaching us. When they refilled their trays, they started at the same end again. As a result, some tables received 2 or 3 servings before we even got our first. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when they finally started serving the Wagyu. Once again, by the time they got to our table, all that was left were the scraps. My husband and I each received a single small piece of each meat, while those around us received 2 or 3 pieces each. Shortly after receiving our scraps, we were told that the meat service was done. As a result, we spoke with our server about it who went back to the kitchen to see if anything was left. He brought back a plate holding 2 more pieces of one of the Wagyu offerings which were virtually inedible (fatty and gristly). At this point, our disappointment reached its peak and we asked to speak to the manager. While she offered an apology, she only reduced our bill by $40. It did not improve our impression of this evening’s meal or service.

   We chose your restaurant as the highlight of a much-anticipated weekend trip, expecting an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far below any reasonable standard for an establishment of your reputation. The evening began with a Cosmopolitan that tasted more like a vodka shot than a properly crafted cocktail. While a replacement was provided, the initial impression had already soured. More importantly, the main attraction—the variety of meats and proteins for which your restaurant is renowned—was shockingly absent. Despite our wait and expectations, we were only offered a few rounds of bacon-wrapped chicken and an undercooked filet mignon. Beyond that, no other meats were served to our table. It seemed as though we were either forgotten or deliberately neglected based on our seating location. The final insult came in the form of the $205 tab for two people, which included one cocktail and one beer. To leave your establishment hungry, frustrated, and utterly dissatisfied is unacceptable at this price point. This experience was far from the premium service and quality your restaurant advertises. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity to address the glaring issues in your service model.

   Went to the one in Vineland and it was great. Tried this one all the meat was overcooked and under seasoned. They were out of numerous items. Just disappointing

   If possible, do the whole experience. Everything is fantastic, and the season is perfect. The meat is fresh and hot every time. The food and the service have been 10/10 every time I go, no matter the state.

   We have been to Fogo de Chao in various states in the USA, but we prefer Fogo de Chao Orlando the best. It is a top class restaurant with spectacular food and incredible service. Today we had top of the class service by all of the waiters, but Valentina really went out of her way to give us an out of this world dining experience. Thank you to all of the people who made our dinner unforgettable.
