   Haven’t been to this location, and was a little nervous and felt bad coming in on XMAS but grateful they were open. Did the experience and have been to many rodizio restaurants. Two major things stood out. The options of getting rare meat as opposed to getting everything cooked well done was really appreciated. Lastly, Even though we don’t talk about him, Bruno went out of his way to fulfill my request for chicken hearts. I wasn’t aware that it was special request only and when asked he got it done. Bravo. Very appreciated of all the staff for working on the holiday. I work in the industry and had the holiday off to work in Pittsburgh for my radio work or I would have been working back in NJ. So thank you I’m sure it wasn’t easy being away from family.

   It was Christmas Day I don’t feel they were prepared or staffed well. Salad bar slow to refill ran out of items like soup bread the meat on sku’. Did not make the rounds so we canceled that part of the meal. Sea bass was amazing along with salmon as entries

   Went for Christmas dinner full experience, and was busier than what we thought it would be. So, not sure if that's why things weren't what should have been up to par with the amount you pay for. For starters, staff looked lost, and overwhelmed.. Between drinks not showing up for about 20 minutes, which were only a diet coke and Sprite. To getting passed over for meat selections quite a few times. Asked for certain cuts and temps of meat offered. Took either 20 minutes or never showed. It got to the point, the waiter had to go pull someone after we were asked 3 or 4 times about getting certain meats.. This was our first time there, and probably the last unfortunately.

   We ordered the full Brazilian meat experience. Sadly, over half of the meats arrived overcooked. It was so disappointing. They never even came by with the filet option either. And finally, the drink service was extremely slow. For a $200 meal, it was a bust.

   Everything is great. The food is a tad overpriced but the flavors, along with the great service and experience, make it worth it.

   Our server was inattentive. Never received the horseradish sauce for our meal after requesting it. Took a long time to bring our beverages (lemonade & still water) and taking our order. I asked for a straw and she brought it back and placed it in the wrong glass. My husband asked for another plate and she brought it, realized the plate was dirty and said she would bring another, but left the dirty plate on our table. Whenever we had a question, she made us feel like we were bothering her. Another server working near her realized we were unhappy with service and took over to assist us with a beverage refill and processing the payment for our meal.

   Nickolas was fantastic and attentive. The rest of the team was fantastic and lovely. All worked seamlessly to ensure a most memorable and enjoyable dining experience. The food was exquisite and served at perfect temperatures.
