   We recently dined at Fogo de Chão for my wife’s birthday, and unfortunately, it was not the celebration we had hoped for due to the service, which was probably the worst we have experienced. While some of the staff were friendly and attentive, the overall service fell short. We understood that they were busy with a large party, but for about 10-15 minutes, we didn’t see any of the servers walking around with the various meats. It felt like we were forgotten in the midst of the chaos Additionally, we had to ask multiple times for a simple Coke, and the Old Fashioned I ordered seemed to be lost in the shuffle—it still feels like it’s in the making! It was disheartening to have such a subpar experience, especially on a special occasion like my wife’s birthday. The food at Fogo de Chão is typically exceptional, but the lack of attention to our table overshadowed our meal. I hope that they can improve on their service, as it truly made for a disappointing evening

   Great place to try different things at once, my favorite was the different meats but the salad bar had a great variety. I came here to celebrate my anniversary, and feel very comfortable with everyone there. Waiter staff make you feel at home.

   dissatisfaction with the experience I had at fogo de chao San Antonio restaurant. I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my dining experience. First and foremost, the service was extremely delayed. Despite arriving at a reasonable hour, we had to wait an inordinate amount of time before our order was taken and, later, before the food was served. Additionally, the food we received was cold, which was quite disappointing, especially considering the wait time. Furthermore, there was no communication from the staff regarding the delays or any explanation for the issues we experienced, which only added to our frustration. I believe that customer service should be transparent, especially when there are delays or issues in the kitchen. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into improving both your service and communication with customers. A timely resolution of such issues would help restore the dining experience to a level that reflects the reputation of your establishment.

   The worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant, the quality of the food was very bad, very salty, Chewy that you can not cut it or swallow it really well. The hostess was arrogant, the place was less than half full and they served us 45 minutes later and there were many tables available, many people left because of that. THE WORST THING, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US MUCH MORE THAN THE BILL WAS, ALMOST 100 DOLLARS MORE. EVERYTHING WAS VERY BAD. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESTAURANT FOGO DE CHAO

   Service was horrible and when a shift change happened servers just stopped coming to our table. When we spoke to a manager she had some guy wait on us and he didn’t seem too happy to have to be our server. Only second time being there because our first experience was also not the best. Food was good but not worth going back for anymore
