   Ayer tuvimos la experiencia de participar de un pareo d vinos y carnes. El restaurante es amplio y bonito. El personal es amable. En la actividad nos dio la impresión que no tenían suficiente personal pues nos trajeron la carne, pero no teniamos los platos en la mesa. Tuvimos que llamar al mesera varias veces por el rato que teniamos las copas vacías. A pesar de probar diferentes vinos, no te cambiaban la copa. El postre estuvimos cerca de 15 mins en esperarlo. Quizás podríamos visitar el restaurante nuevamente pero no participando de alguna actividad.

   Very disappointed in this restaurant thought I would be a good opinion for my vacation would not recommend to anyone staff was awesome food was just terrible verry bad bread for starters were dry and hard meats had no flavor most were overcooked and really chewy everything was extremely covered in oil or really fatty cuts the deserts were one of the best but dinner was terrible

   Service was slow and the meat service was not well organized or consistent. We got tired of waiting for different varieties of meat and decided to just go ahead and prefer dessert. As we started eating dessert more and more varieties of meat started coming around. Usually enjoy this brand of restaurant but this one was disappointing.

   Terrible customer service from the waitress. She didn't offer us drinks, just water. She wasn't attentive to what was missing on the table. She didn't even offer coffee and desserts. We had to ask her. Terrible. The food was good, although on another occasion it was better. The host was very attentive and kind. Pésimo servicio al cliente de la mesera. No nos ofreció bebidas, solo el agua. No estuvo atenta a lo que faltaba en la mesa. Ni siquiera ofreció café y postres. Nosotros tuvimos que preguntarle. Malísimo. Por la comida esta buena, aunque en otra ocasión estuvimos estuvo mejor. La host fue muy atenta y amable.

   Disappointing Anniversary Experience at Fogo de Chão We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Fogo de Chão, expecting a memorable evening, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The restaurant felt somewhat run down, which was surprising given its reputation. The menu seemed identical to the U.S. locations, offering the same sides and 5-6 meat options. While we looked forward to a continuous stream of freshly carved meats, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes with the green side up before anyone came by. We also had to request staples like potatoes and plantains, which should have been brought out automatically. Overall, the service and ambiance didn’t meet expectations for the price or occasion. While the food was decent, the lack of attention and variety left us disappointed. Not the special night we were hoping for.

   Greta food and ambience here! They were all very friendly and the service was attentive and welcoming! Well priced for a Brazilian steakhouse!

    New Year's eve 1030pm booking to celebrate 2025...they overbooked. Got seated 1120, order for drinks took a while. Buffet hot options was limited; cold options and rotating meats was standard. Advertised bookings after 10pm had complimentary sparkling toast and dessert...I HAD TO ASK FOR THEM past midnight. They oblidged with the drink but no dessert. Mind you this is with booked reservations. I was very disappointed. Will not dine here again.
