   Had made a reservation for Sunday to celebrate Valentine’s Day, the stewardess tried to sit us in a corner, at a small table right next to another table with no room and on the other side, was a waiters station. There appeared to be plenty of walk in traffic that appeared to get better seats, so it seems that making an effort to be prepared and make reservations here is worthless. I refused the table and opted for a better table and to wait for one. The stewardess seemed bothered and surprised that we didn’t want to be sat at such a crappy table and offered to seat us there with hopes of being moved and I said no. Magically, she found a “better” one immediately. This table, although it had been better-located, was in the center of traffic and had several people, waiters and patrons bump into me and my wife while we tried to enjoy ourselves. It’s apparent that they overbooked/oversat people as there were so many packed into this room like sardines. Took forever to get our sides and forever to get attention of the gauchos. The gauchos were gachos. 25 minutes we waited for them to drop by with meats. We seemed to have the left overs from their rounds. I have been to this fogo de chao for years and never had this level of abysmal service, planning by the wait-staff and I am not so sure we will be returning. Our waiter, did his best to be accommodating and was nice, but I saw he was over-encumbered, over-worked and lacked logistics from competent leadership. I’d ask for a drink or item and then minutes later, a different waiter would approach me and my wife asking if we wanted drinks. It was very stuffed, very loud, very cramped. This level of over-booking and over-seating seems greedy to me, but I am not an expert at logistics. They’ve just never been this terrible before.

   Salvatore is the best gaucho and everyone is atentative. We had a great time! The food is unbelievable. I highly recommend.

   Well… did a reservation but had to wait maybe 30 minutes. It was valentines weekend so I’ll let that pass. Inside is nice although layout feels like if you are in a Ponderosa buffet. As soon as you enter you almost touch the buffet display with your elbows. The waiter, since greeting us,was very persistent on us for selecting the churrasco-kinda buffet included. ($63.00 for it p/person). Buffet selection was not that big and I wasn’t interested in it. Asked about what were the side dishes that were included in the cauliflower steak entree. The answer? no sides.. Pointed the menu at the waiter asking then what about the chickpeas that were included in the menu. Then he said that that was only side what was included in the dish. I decided to try the cauliflower anyways, most of all because of his insistence in us ordering the churrasco platter/buffet. At the end of the day the cauliflower dish came with vegetables and mashed potatoes with a chickpea salad. Weird. Not coming back. Being there. Done that. Out of my bucket list. Sayonara.

   We have been coming to this location since before the pandemic. But around 2023/2024, the food quality has gone down. The experience was also hindered because this particular night, the place was packed like sardines in a can. Not sure if it was building code violation. It was honestly a terrible ambiance. Some meats weren't seasoned at all, and we were by a wall so being seen/served was hard. Only got pichania like 2 twice but had to ask another server. Long lines at market table. It was so loud,about 78-83 decibels the entire time. Hard to hear anything. Would like to come back if next time it isn't so packed.

   Very crowded and the tables and jamb together that people have to trip over each other. Wait staff did not come back to check on us for drinks or if we needed anything and had to squeeze out to asked for a check. Not up to the standards of another Fogo de Chao's we have ate at. Very overpriced for the hassle to fight to get your food.

   The food itself was good. The market table is overrated. It’s a high end salad bar. The service really slowed down for us when we explained that we are sober and would not be drinking alcohol, servers delivered the first glass of water and did not come back.  We had a busser fill our water glasses. The tables are so crammed in together. There’s no way to walk to the market table or not get bumped into from servers or customers getting up from their tables. We suggest you definitely make a reservation and utilize the valet.
