   What’s the point of a reservation if we still wait 1.5 hours? Understand it’s Christmas, but make less reservations or enforce a time limit at the table. Will not return.

   Waitress was friendly but not as attentive as she could have been. It was Christmas Day and they were super busy. We were seated in the back near the bar which was annoying because anytime we got up we had to weave through the people standing in line at the bar. It took a long time for the variety of meats to come around and I still don’t think we were able to eat all varieties. Refills on drinks, breads, and anything else we needed our waitress for was long waits. As for the food I wasn’t overly impressed. I’ve had better salad bars at other Brazilian steakhouses and all the cuts of meat were over cooked even though we stated we preferred medium rare. There was a nice Christmas tree with ring light that allowed for great pics.

   We were sat 30 minutes after our reservation. Bar drinks were incorrect sent back and still incorrect. The restaurant seemed to have been short staffed. Not the usual selections of meats being passed around. Had to wait for skirt steak and that was only offered once. The sides were cold when they came to the table and cheese bread was overcooked. Overall was not worth the price paid.

   Our family chose Fogo de Chao to celebrate Christmas. We came in separate cars. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful. However, we started out upset with one of the Valet service attendants. He told us the price to park was $20 and come to find out it was only $10. Yes, he lied and gave himself a big tip !! I hope the restaurant fires him. Not good for business.

   The waiter assigned to us did not explain the menu well, he only brought us water and never showed up at our table, even when the table next to us was not attended to, he never came back to serve them. Terrible service, more variety of food is needed at the salad bar. They brought us the bread when we finished eating and it took them more than 30 minutes to bring our cards after paying. I was waiting in line for more than 25 minutes to park my car, we almost lost the reservation for that reason and even though I had a reservation, the check-in method is absurd! They called me on the phone to tell me that they were waiting for me when I was steps away from the waiter.
