   I had a reservation for 5:30. I didn’t get sat until 6:45. My server seemed tired and was not very helpful. I asked for mint jelly and never got it. I had to ask for horseradish 3 times before I got it. By the time I got it, my mom’s food was cold. The wine tasted like it had been open for a long time. The meat was often well done or very rare. The salad bar was messy. I have been to other restaurants like this where the entirety of the experience was better. The cheese bread was awesome. Pecanha was great. My sister got a chocolate lava cake on the house for her birthday. (The buster set it down and then asked her if she wanted him to light the candle 🤦🏼‍♂️). Some of the guys serving the meat were very kind, and worked hard to help me out. One new guy from Venezuela was exceptional. Outside of a couple guys, I was unimpressed for my first visit.

   The food is good the place was very crowded and very noisy. Must have been 200+ people in the house. Might go back but not on Xmas day!

   It was very busy Christmas day. The staff was great they got us in and seated within 15min of our reservation.

   What’s the point of a reservation if we still wait 1.5 hours? Understand it’s Christmas, but make less reservations or enforce a time limit at the table. Will not return.

   Waitress was friendly but not as attentive as she could have been. It was Christmas Day and they were super busy. We were seated in the back near the bar which was annoying because anytime we got up we had to weave through the people standing in line at the bar. It took a long time for the variety of meats to come around and I still don’t think we were able to eat all varieties. Refills on drinks, breads, and anything else we needed our waitress for was long waits. As for the food I wasn’t overly impressed. I’ve had better salad bars at other Brazilian steakhouses and all the cuts of meat were over cooked even though we stated we preferred medium rare. There was a nice Christmas tree with ring light that allowed for great pics.

   We were sat 30 minutes after our reservation. Bar drinks were incorrect sent back and still incorrect. The restaurant seemed to have been short staffed. Not the usual selections of meats being passed around. Had to wait for skirt steak and that was only offered once. The sides were cold when they came to the table and cheese bread was overcooked. Overall was not worth the price paid.

   Our family chose Fogo de Chao to celebrate Christmas. We came in separate cars. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful. However, we started out upset with one of the Valet service attendants. He told us the price to park was $20 and come to find out it was only $10. Yes, he lied and gave himself a big tip !! I hope the restaurant fires him. Not good for business.

    We go here every year for our Christmas staff party so good and everyone leaves happy
