   Horrible service, took over 20 mins and asking two employees for us to get drink refills. Same thing when we requested some lamb, took over an hour and asking twice to have some brought to us. The tables are so close together that it makes navigating to the salad bar difficult without bumping into other dinners. The waiters serving the meat must be a horrible job because none of them were friendly.

   Bad experience here. Extremely short on staffs!won’t come back again! Asked twice for hot dishes but never come. Asked several times for bottle of water, a random server finally brought us, but didn’t add to my check. We wait desert more than 30 mins. Lots of people is waiting to be seated, I felt bad I wish I never ordered deserts!

   Food was great! Service was nice. But the hostess was sooooo busy. She came over and apologized and offered a free desert.

   It was very FIRST time at the restaurant, and it was crowded, and I was VERY uncomfortable where I was sitting. I felt squished between the other customers who were sitting on my left and my right at their tables for 2, and the air conditioner was turned on. I also noticed customers putting on their coats and jackets for this reason, and I was cold myself because they had the air conditioner on. I was hoping to come in have a nice dinner and hoping it would be nice and warm inside the restaurant and enjoy my dinner in the restaurant but I COULDN'T, even while on the internet, watching a documentary. So I ate and left. Otherwise, excellent food.

   I recently visited Fogo De Chao and was disappointed with my experience. The service was slow, inattentive, which made the meal less enjoyable. Our server disappeared for a good 30-45 minutes despite numerous requests for refills, drinks, and hot plates. The overall execution fell short. The food portions were surprisingly small, especially considering the fixed price for the holiday meal. I left feeling that the value for money was not there. Additionally, there was a lack of meat served. They did not cook the meat fast enough for enough of it to go around. I hope Fogo De Chao takes this feedback into account to improve both their service and portion sizes, as the potential for a great dining experience is there. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend it.

   Went for Christmas dinner and this location was over booked. Experience was not as expected as guests and staff had to squeeze between tables and other guests to get to salad bar station or to get to their tables. Avoiding running into people was a challenge. Apparently extra tables were setup to accommodate the holiday bookings. Very long wait times to get food in some cases, and we had to ask more than once for some items. Staff was very friendly and helpful but overall they were overwhelmed by the lack of room to maneuver and it made the whole evening very difficult to enjoy.

   We were seated promptly as per our reservation timing. Staff are very attentive. The meat servers seems to be working properly their rounds since we did not have to wait long. The buffet side choices were varied and prepared well. I see that this place is well staffed and managed as from seating to billing out, everything is done efficiently and promptly.
