   We went on a Sunday night for dinner. Per the menu there are 16 different offerings . Our party menu only got offered 7 different cuts . Also , I don’t know if it was slow or busy in the back , but the wait times In between the Rodizio offerings were pretty long. It took quite a while between cuts. The main saving grace was our server Shawn? Sean ? But he was amazing! I feel like there should be more people coming around with the meats .

   Ambiance was great being that it is a newer location. It was very crowded on a Sunday night (could be because of current promotion, not sure how busy it usually gets). The food was great, but the service was terrible. I’m not one to complain, but I ordered an entree and my wife was done her meal well before it even arrived. Our waiter blamed it on “a large party”. I ordered coffee and he served me a freezing cold cup. When I told him, he heated up and returned my same cup of coffee and said “if it’s not hot enough more is being brewed now”. I was so disgusted I just wanted to get out of there.

   Every time I visit this location the service is horrible considering you serve yourself the majority of the time. I ordered a meal for my child and it didn’t some out til 40 min later. Absolutely horrible. Additionally, the noise level was insane. There is no way you can hold any conversation.

   Extra busy but having a reservation bypassed all the chaos. They weren’t accepting walkins. Great service and the food was great too. We are no stranger to Fogo!

   Steven the manager and Carlos our waiter were great. The food is 5 star and delicious! Definitely will go back.
