   The food was mediocre and the service was terrible. Our server only brought us 3 tongs for 6 guests, did not bring any of the sides or sauces until requested and never checked up on the table until the buss crew cleared the tables. This was truly a dismal service especially since I was celebrating my birthday with my family.

   Too many people for the space not enough servers they ignore us almost the all night the meats that they serve we only got half the choices never came back to see if we wanted more to drink and never received the drink we ordered and we had to flag her down so we could pay and leave!!!!!!

   I had made a reservation a month in advance for 7:15. We weren’t seated until almost 8:15. Anyone can take a reservation. You’ve got to HOLD the reservation.

   Food was great but it seemed like they were overbooked, disorganized and the host/staff managing the front appeared to be in over their heads and unable to manage the situation. There had to be 30+ people waiting to be seated and there’s not space for that, so most of us were awkwardly hovering by tables of people dining. Our reservation was for 6pm. We got there at 5:45 and didn’t sit until closer to 6:30, although we were told our table was next multiple times before they sat other parties. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us a free dessert to help make up for the wait, which was very nice.

   Once you choose the “roaming meat” option (forgot what they call it) we struggled to get refills/more drinks or sides or clean plates without finding someone to ask. Our table was set up so close to the ones next to us that the people on the inside had trouble even getting food b/c the servers couldn’t squeeze in. Food was fine, not outstanding. Definitely not worth the money in our experience.

   It was an excellent experience. Great food, drinks and service. It was truly amazing to see how the staff handled every detail to the large amount of people waiting to be seated to making sure you felt like the only table there. Our waitress was great and one of the guachos stopped was she was doing just to bring us hot sauce, she really went out of her way. I wish I had time to get her name. Recommended 100%.

    This was my first time and was pleased they accommodated us for an earlier time but I didn't think it would be set the tone for the wait we had ahead to receive salmon. The waiter was nice but couldn't understand I didn't want seabass but entered that instead which caused an even longer wait. Once it finally came out it was ok but I won't be back just not worth all the hype.
