   We had been to Fogo before but a different location. This was our first time at the Bridgewater location as well as our first time doing an experience. The Tomahawk/Tequila experience was very good. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to others if they did it again. The selections of tequila were good for the tasting and the Tomahawk was amazing. For a tasting we had plenty of food and left stuffed. The entire staff to the hostess and servers and bartenders were all amazing and top notch.

   My partner and I had a great time here, our server was very nice I wish I could remember his name, the drinks were good, and the food was high quality as always.

   Fogo de Chao was good. But on a scale, I give it 7 of 10. The food was tasty and the Rodizio was plentiful. But I struggle with the price of $72 per person. I know we didn’t eat $72 of meat each. The salads and sides were fair in quality but again not $72 per person fair. It was definitely an experience but I think I the rodizios in Newark, NJ are a little bit better.

   Dined in at Bridgewater the other day and had an amazing time! My server and gauchos were extremely impressive with how quick, kind and courteous they were. Absolutely made us feel special. With a special shoutout to our servers Leti, Carlos and Melissa. Along with the manager Ashley made sure our date night was one the best we’ve had in recent time!

   Eating at Fogo is always an amazing experience! Today it was a family lunch and our Server “Eva” was superb. Thanks to the staff for excellent service all around.

   He purchased a gift card just a few months ago and did not realize that it recently expired. I’ve never heard of such from a restaurant of this type. We also checked in for our reservation, which was made via open table, but somehow the young man at the front desk did not accurately check us in and we received a no-show notice, which was not correct !

    This was my first time dining at this establishment, and I came in with high expectations after hearing many positive reviews about the food, service, and ambiance. Upon arrival, I was impressed,the space looked great, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The service was attentive, the drinks were decent, and the side dishes for the meats were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the main highlight,the meat was a major letdown. As soon as it was served, I noticed it was dry. I even started choking on it and had to drink water just to get it down. My dining partner couldn’t finish any of the meat because the texture and taste were so off-putting that it was essentially inedible. For the price of the meal, this level of quality is simply unacceptable. When you’re paying a premium, the food should reflect that standard. While there were a few positive aspects, the poor execution of the main course overshadowed the entire experience. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

    Dined at the Bridgewater location last night and had a wonderful time. Everyone from management to the servers, bartenders and gauchos were absolutely fabulous. The service was impeccable and unmatched by any other restaurant I have dined at recently. Will definitely be making this our weekly date night!
