   The food was delicious and we were served a variety of meats. The salad bar was terrific. It was just a little too crowded and the bathrooms left a lot to be desired.

   Brunch at Fogo de Chão for Valentine’s weekend was a fantastic experience. The service was warm and attentive, setting the tone for a relaxed meal. The Market Table offered a great selection of fresh salads, cheeses, and cured meats, but the real highlight was the fire-roasted meats. Each cut was cooked to perfection, with the picanha, lamb chops, their chicken standing out. The Brazilian sides, like pão de queijo, crispy polenta, and caramelized bananas, were a great complement. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, perfect for a special occasion. From start to finish, it was a memorable and indulgent brunch—definitely worth a visit!

   I have been to this location before and had a great experience but last night was another story. Had a reservation and we still waited 25 minutes for a table. Ordered drinks and those showed up 30 minutes later, we were almost done with our dinner. Meat servers were few and far between and the food itself was sub-par. Lesson, don't go here on any holiday, they can't handle the crowds.

   Dined on Vday. They crammed everyone in and got as many tables as they could to fit. It was extremely difficult to move around and waiters, waitresses, patrons kept bumping into the chairs. The server was great however the food service was slow and this was probably due to the volume of patrons. The quality of food was okay but not worth the cost per person. We understand vday is a busy day and are absolutely going to give fogo a try on a non holiday and see if the experiences varies. To note, we saw many tables order the dinner menu items and they looked delicious.

   We selected the Churrasco for our food. Food was not very good at all. All the grilled meats were bland. The chicken and pork were very dry. The beef was mostly well done. There was No opportunity to select the right temperature of the beef. The market table had very limited selections and poor presentation of the fruits, salad, etc. Our server was barely available. As far as the grilled meat servers, they often overlooked us. We actually had to wave them over so the Green/Red Star that indicates whether we want more food did not work. We were often waiting for the meats. Our dessert never came. I regret leaving a 20% tip but I did because I hold the management responsible for our terrible experience and not necessarily the servers. The servers were probably assigned too many people and the grilled meat servers were not trained well. It will be a long while before we consider going back if ever. The Brazilian restaurant, Rio’s, is so much better.

   Steven the manager and all his staff were absolutely amazing. They stopped at nothing g to make the night unforgettable. Love this restaurant. EVERYONE was top notch amazing!!!

   It is a beautiful restaurant that looks like it's going to provide a wonderful dining experience. Unfortunately the service was poor. The meats were overcooked and overly salty. I don't blame all the workers. The people who served the meats were wonderful. There should have been people assigned to clearing dirty plates. We had to ask for drink orders multiple times. Our dessert order took too long to be served. For a restaurant at this price point we expected better service.

    Overall it was good. We went on a Saturday evening so it was busy, but we did have a reservation which helped. They accommodated our request for a nice quiet table away from the main hustle and bustle of the Market buffet. While service was attentive and hospitable, a couple of requests we made took a while to come (lemon for water and the sides came closer to end of our meal time). The servers with the grilled meats were very hospitable and attentive. They did offer complementary dessert for the birthday guest which was appreciative! We would go back!
