   We have eaten at Fogo a few times in the past and it has steadily declined. The first time we were treated great and even offered a free dessert. Tonight we didn’t get brought any of the meat, it felt as though we were being hurried out, and then when we asked for the meat we hadn’t been served we felt ambushed by staff. Overall a bad experience, not good value for money, and we will not be going back

   The food was great and the staff were all very professional and pleasant. Only complaint I would have is that we were asked if we wanted sparking or still water so we chose still thinking that sparkling water costs money and we were charged $8 800 mL of water. We didn’t ask for a refund or anything but would ask that they offer tap as an option. Everything else there was perfect!

   We’ve been here several times and tonight was so disappointing. We told our server several times that we had not seen a gaucho come by in quite a while and he said he would see what was going on and it resolved nothing.

   we were excited to try this! we were seated promptly and once seated explained how everything works. We started off with the help yourself food area, which had a good selection of salads, cheeses and meat. once seated that's when the hot skewers were brought around. This is where things went downhill. Service was VERY slow, often waiters would just pass right by our table, so we were always waiting for something new to come by. One in our group got an ala carte meal with a one side. The meal came out, but the side dish did not even though we told 3 different people. Eventually the side order was just cancelled. The food was good, but the service was not. Seemed managers came by, and we told them we were always waiting, but regardless, the service was still slow. Overall, this would be something to cross off a bucket list of places to try, but very doubtful that we'd go back.

   Service struggled on a busy easter! Was disappointed in the salad bar, it’s always had shrimp and olives and tomato, basil, mozzarella and more fruit and watermelon and lots of other things. I thought it was weird The fruit was cut up in bite-size pieces. I just felt like it normally has more and it was too much of a cluster to even get around it I was Service was very nice. They were all very kind, but I definitely think they struggled with coming back and I felt like the meat would come, and then it would disappear for a while !  we only got the chicken wings once and they only gave it to one person and we were a party of 10 and then they never came back!  And by the time somebody came back, we couldn’t get more mashed potatoes or plantains or anything so that was frustrating. I also felt like dessert on Easter probably should’ve been included. I feel like in general if you’re doing an all inclusive, it all should be included.

   We went on Easter Sunday. It was very crowded so the waitstaff was a bit slow coming around with the meats. The food was very good and the selections on the market table were fantastic. Will definitely return to this restaurant.

   Food was great, however our server took so long to check with us and that made the experience not so great. If she was on top of her game then it would have been a better experience.

   Really loud. Absolutely delicious.. sitting inside on bench less likely to be served- would offer food to outside patron and forget me

    Barely got served meats. Requests for food were ignored. Last time coming to the Burlington location, every time we have a subpar experience.
