   Unfortunately the service was poor with our wait staff. We had to constantly request our wait staff from other waiters and waitresses that attended other guests. Refills on drinks were a mission. The servers that came around with meat options were very attentive, thank you. Food was good but the buffet bar was limited and wasn’t restocked in a timely manner.

   Horrible seating next to the very entrance. Very rude manager that does not let you speak or attempt to accommodate. Second manger attempted to help. Reservation was at 8:15, didn’t get seated till 8:40~. Not my first time at Fogo, but this was my first worst experience and I’ve been going here for the past 4 New Year’s Eve. Left mid-dinner. Whole experience was uncomfortable, didn’t enjoy the food, or ambience. Also had people’s backside directly in front of my table every 5 seconds. Will never come back to this specific location. Also asked for a water refill and a specific type of meat that never came. You would expect more from a higher-end establishment, but not in this case.

   Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. Overall restaurant was dirty with food scraps and napkins on the floor. Salad bar was unkempt and tomato with Mozzarella cheese was old and soggy looking. Highlight was the meat and the guys walking around with the meats. Only issue with them was that they kept flicking pieces of meat onto the arm of my chair as they were cutting. Good thing I was wearing a black shirt. Server seemed impatient with us to pay as several people kept asking if we were ready when clearly had not touched the check. We spent a total of 2hrs there with drinks, food, coffee and dessert. Didn’t feel worth the $200 with the level of service.

   Had a very good time and enjoyed very good food! Even enjoyed the well-stocked salad bar. (Yes, I actually decided to sneak in a couple of vegetables.) The meat was tender and excellent in flavor. The servers bringing it around made sure the selection was wide and the amounts were copious. They did great! And particular kudos to our waitress, Velma, who explained the whole process to me (first timer) in clear detail and was also quick with a smile and a drink order, both of which I appreciated greatly. She was also very helpful providing a plate to my dinner companion, who was on a cane due to a recent injury.

   The lamb steak is what we go here for! It's the best we've had & don't eat lamb anywhere else! The filet mignon is good too. But for us it's the LAMB. I like the market table. I really wish they'd get better sides. The mashed potatoes are always cold & could use some cream cheese. They lack flavor. We hate the fried polenta and plantains. The bread is also not good. We never get dessert because we are always too full from dinner. But we love going here. It's very consistent over the yrs.

   The servers were amazing! Would definitely recommend this place for its food especially the Pichana!

   Waited an hour for a reservation and they were not staffed properly. Low amount of food. They did not order enough for the holiday. Awful experience

    Our server disappeared for almost an hour. We had to ask 5 or 6 times for water refills and certain food items to be sent to our area.
