   Ive been to Fogo De Chão in Dallas and let me tell you this has been the worst experience we’ve ever encountered. I had asked our waiter if we had to grab own plates for the steak experience and responded with “if you want to”. Dallas location would place a plate for each person no questions asked. in fact they would offer a clean plate every time. I had to tell my waiter multiple times if they could please grab the dirty dishes from the table. We were a party of 10 which could get overwhelming, we all decided to do the steak experience.. once the workers with the steak came over I expected them to come around the table and ask each of us if we would like a slice but no instead they would scream across the table mind you it is already loud asking us if we would want a cut of the following steak. our waiter then would disappear for 20 mins while we were all parched. don’t even know how many times we had to ask him to refill our waters. With that being said I think management needs to take a trip to their Dallas location and learn from them. Very disappointed.

   Tables area were very crowded (close together). The Benches need to be redone because the sink too low for the table. Salad bar options were very low, needed replenishing and items weren’t that appetizing (could be because they were scrapings). If you chose to do the Brazilian experience, the meat options seemed less than what was offered in the menu, lots of Picana offered at different temperatures, but other meats were mostly medium rare (ribeye and sirloin). I’ve been to Fogo de Chao before in another state (Oakbrook IL) and it was an amazing clean and fancy experience. This location was subpar, very casual, and not the classy experience I expected.

   Good and service were great. Great salad bar and the main entrees were so very flavorful.

   Very chaotic environment. Does not deliver on “high end” in quality or experience. Salad bar options are very cheap and basic. The meat selection is good and they come by often, however it was all extremely salty. Even the Brazilian cheese bread was super salty to the point it was hard to eat, and I like salt. Dessert not included. Suitable for anyone who can’t cook and eats only at chains looking for belly filler and a salt lick.

   The atmosphere is very relaxing.The service was ok.The main issue was that for the price, I would have expected things to be a little more organized. For an all you can eat restaurant, it's a bit frustrating that you have to sit and wait almost 30 minutes each round for the meat to come out. We received only 2 rounds of meat. After waiting so long, we were full just off of drinking our drinks.

   This is not our typical experience, we spent over two hours, and we walked out fairly hungry, which I feel like is typically near impossible to be hungry or leaving that place. We requested any kind of meat at minimum of three times and we ended up just leaving.
