   The waiter service was very bad. We had to call the waitress to get drinks because she never asked what we would have. We waited a long time for the meat to arrive at our table. We were going to celebrate our anniversary and they didn't offer us anything, so we decided to leave without having dessert. It was really unpleasant to stay in a beautiful place that doesn't have good customer service! Thanks

   Service was slow, not enough servers. Food was okay, but not enough gauchos walking around. Had to wait too long for meat. Most of the food was good, but chicken was really dry. I will be going to the Fogo on Westheimer now on. Sorry guys, I have tried yall twice and both times pretty disappointed.

   Food as always really good ambience and noice leveled all as expected. Waiter could have been a bit more attentive we were well into our meal (like towards the end) by the time sides came out and when dessert time came around totally forgot the dessert for one of my guest.

   Loved seeing Lou at the bar. He amakes some excellent mixed drinks. Alexis, Demetrius and Avery were very kind in assisting us during our dinner. The service and meats struggled to keep up during Valentine's evening, which is understandable. (The restaurant was packed.) It was an off-night for the lamb chops; they were cooked too fast. They looked cooked on the oustside, but were raw on the inside. All other meats we tried were cooked perfectly. We love FdC, however. I met my Wife at the FdC on Westheimer for our first date 22 years ago, so it truly holds a special place in my heart. This FdC at Baybrook Mall has become our favorite, since it's much closer to home.

   I actually enjoyed the salad bar more than the meat. Much of the meat was fatty. The tastiest in my opinion was the beef rib and the pork belly. Quite pricey overall. The drinks were reasonably priced. I guess there's a reason it's been over 20 years since I've been to this restaurant chain.

   I keep coming because i once loved it but boy is going downhill. - We went on a Wednesday night, business party of 10. - They were short staffed and kitchen people had to come out and help. - Only 2-3 meat carvers around for a full house meant hardly any meat coming. - The carvers are not trained and give you massive CHUNKS which should not be the way! - Wine ordering was a joke... three bottles ordered and not in stock 2 of them and just one bottle of the third! C'mmon, stock up. - Staff attentive but experience going from bad to worse over the last few months.... - Wine finally arrived 20 minutes into our meal - We asked for lamb chops at t he beginning and they brought "FOUR' for a table of 10 right at the end after 40-50 minutes wait. Summary, gonna think hard whether i go again or not. Sorry Tom

    The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service was absolutely top-notch — every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our meal memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, and our server Delia took the time to explain the entire dining experience in detail. The food was nothing short of perfection. The gaucho chefs brought around an endless array of perfectly seasoned and tender cuts of meat, each one grilled to perfection. Every bite was bursting with flavor, from the succulent picanha to the melt-in-your-mouth lamb chops. The salad bar was also impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh, high-quality items that complemented the meats beautifully.
