   Of the multitude of Fogo de Chao locations I've been to, including the original location in Sao Paulo Brazil, this location (despite being the newest) is clearly still finding it's legs. Of the Houston locations, my favorite remains The Woodlands location...of which I would still recommend.

   The Wagyu & Wine was a bit underwhelming. For only getting 2 slices of Wagyu & 2 slices of the bone in ribeye each was a bit hurtful when they're supposed to be the main entrée. The service was top notch as always, don't get me wrong. But getting more appetizer items than main dishes was not worth it in my book. My wife & I are still going to do the different event, but this one was not out favorite.

   There were large groups, and of course, everyone was giving them attention. They completely passed up the smaller parties multiple times to go serve the large group. There were intervals where we waited 10 minutes or more without being offered anything. It could have been a better experience. The larger groups are not more special than a group of 3. Other than that, the ambiance was good. When you got attention that wasn't rushed, it was good, and the food was delicious when you finally were able to get it to your table. We only tried 3 different types of meats since that's all we were ever offered. Nothing else made it's round to us.

   I have been to this Fogo at least 3 times and the food has been better than this last time we went. The only cut that was good was the picahna. The service was very subpar, our server came over to our table maybe 3 times the whole time we were there - service has been an issue at this one for some time. I had also indicated on the reservation we were there for a birthday and she didn't even acknowledge at the end of the meal. They usually provide a complementary dessert but nothing just the check.. We come b/c it is close to home and don't have to drive into houston but for the amount of money we pay, the next time we are looking for our brazilian steakhouse fix we will be going back to Chama. We have never had an issue w/ their service or food - they are very attentive and accommodating.

   We had a reservation for party of six. We were unable to get a server until about 15 minutes after being seated. I asked for a manager and we were assigned a server & given complimentary caipirinhas. The rest of the night went well.

   Waited till half of the meal was done to get the bread and mashed potatoes We were only offered 6 of the meat selections with long gaps between offerings With very poor services. Not worth the cost of the meal. Concept is great delivery of the product no so much

    We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful evening here at FdC. We started off by having a drink up at the bar. The bar service was a little slow, due to their training a couple of new bartenders. But the drinks were wonderful and unique. We then moved to a dinner table and received excellent service from Lou, Alexis, and Demetrius. We opted for a bottle of Malbec wine from Argentina, which was very subtle and smooth. All of the meats we sampled were wondeful, but my favorite pick was the sublime Lamb Chops. Our other favorites were the ribeye, pork belly, fajita sirloin, and beef ribs. It was a simply elegant dinner with fantastic service. For an absolutely exquisite evening, we always pick Fogo de Chao.
