   Slow to bring meat. Brought out a lot of cheap cuts and never saw the nicer cuts of meat. The wait staff didn’t really pay attention and we were sat out in an area where we didn’t see much action. Seemed like by the time the wait staff came to us they ran out of the meat. The lady in charge really wanted to push us to the all you can eat bar before giving us any steak… the steak wasn’t very well seasoned either. I don’t think it’s worth the money.

   My party of 8 was shoved between the bar and other tables. No one brought around filet until the end and we had to ask twice for it. Do not go here if you have a vegetarian in your party. His entree didn't come until we were all done . He barely touched it saying it did not taste good and left his $40 entree on table when we left. This was for a holiday dinner. We asked for the window and I was embarrassed. We could barely get out of our seats on both sides to get to the buffet as we were squeezed in there where I could not even pull out my chair.

   we had eaten a many Fogo de Chao’s - yesterday we went to celebrate Husband’s birthday but the quality of the meats and slow service was something we were very disappointed by

   This was our company holiday dinner and we drove over an hour and half for this. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible 😞 from start to finish. We were ignored the entire time even by the General Manager, Kelvin Patricio De La Cruz Mota. We had asked multiple times for water refills, meat service (horrible experience with getting the proper cooking temperature on any requested meats), skipped over multiple times and we had flagged down the manager to get our bill. I will never dine at this location again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

   Service was subpar. They kept waking past us with the meat, going directly to the table beside us. We had to keep say, excuse me, we would like some too. Asked for ice for our beverages, the waitress disappeared and came back 10 minutes later, after we had to ask someone else and got it within a few minutes. Just overall bad service.

   The last time we went, they had scheduling issues. We waiting 45 min to be sat for our reservation. The service once sat was attentive, though confused. Clear drinks being filled with water, multiple waiters coming with the same questions, a final check with nothing on it. All remedied quickly but they were obviously scrambling.

   This location is smaller than many others I’ve been too. Everything was subpar, if you eat a lot of meat it is worth the money but the cold side bar was lacking quality. Had a reservation, but didn’t seem to matter we waited an hour after our reservation time to be sat.

   I’ve dined here a few times for dinner but this was my first time experiencing brunch. As always, the food was delicious and the service was awesome. I’d suggest smaller frying pans for the omelettes and more burners & cooks so the wait time isn’t so long for food that really makes it brunch. Since everything else that is served, food wise, is from the regular menu; it would great to cut down on wait times for the breakfast items. Other than that, everything was amazing per usual. Lastly, the passion fruit mimosa….. refreshing, perfectly blended and delicious!!!

    Terrible slow unresponsive service and the food came out slowly and was not hot, and all the meats were either too rare or two done very disappointed, compared to other locations
