   Incredible!! Wait staff was BEYOND nice!! And the food was just…🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤! My mom and 11 y/o son absolutely loved it too!!! We will be back very soon!!

   Food was ok. Service was lacking. Took time until we were initially greeted by the server. Never saw the server again until the end of the meal. Meat service was very slow and a lot of meats came out cold. Do not plan to go back to this location in Irving.

   We arrived 20 min early for our reservation, but we were seated 35 min after our reservation. The table we were sat at was in the corner with no access for the meat to be served to the person in the corner. When we got sat we waited a while before we decided to go to the salad bar and just start eating because no one showed up to take our drink order. When we did get our drink order taken my cocktail never showed up, so I ordered it again, it finally showed up at the end of the meal when I was about to ask for the check. Then when they gave me the check they had both cocktails I ordered on it but I only received one at the end. Then they brought me a second check for the entire table saying it was my other check. We only had 5 people not 10. They did try to charge me for 10 but I absolutely was checking everything as it was very unorganized. The food was great though I will say very delicious. They definitely need to reorganize the seating so they have full access to all the customers. Maybe go to one of there other locations.

   Food overall was lacking in flavor. Our waiter after the initial visit we only saw at bill time. The gauchos were very attentive and came back with what we asked for. Not impressed with this location.

   Overall, everything started off with them being 20 minutes behind the meats were overcooked had to request for utensils or waters one of the waiters was very rude and demanding us to eat a proper way when we had been there before I felt like I was getting scolded by my dad

    Food was good which is why we love this place but we were very disappointed in the service. First off, no server appeared to service our table thru the entire meal. We had to ask for everything we needed including ordering our food. It took three servers to finally confirm that we could only offer certain options due to the holiday. One person in our party never did get the Chilean Sea Bass that she ordered. I had to ask three times to same waitress for rolls. We had to ask for clean plates. Three of our drinks were not served for 20 minutes. Very disappointing!
