   The wait was long but definitely worth it. The food was amazing. Our waitress very attentive and friendly.

   Food was great. Was disappointed that I had to wait over an hour despite having 9pm reservation. Furthermore, I was sitting at the bar with another couple who showed up 15 minutes after we did who also had a 9pm reservation according the couple and because they approached the front they somehow got seated before us. You’ve got to do better with keeping track of who is first.

   Being seated an hour after our 730 reservation was the only issue. What’s the point of a reservation? But other than that food and customer service was excellent.

   They were running over an hour behind on reservations. I understand it is Valentines Day, but if people have reservations, the time should be managed correctly. We had a 7:15 p.m. reservation and arrived on time, and were seated at 8:40 p.m.

   Pricey but great service and great food. Had to wait an hour even with my reservation.

   Horrible how to wait an hour and a half beyond reservation time only one person from management really took the time to try to get us accommodated as soon as possible. Severely understaffed for the amount of people never got my drink. I ordered had to ask twice before getting it then never got a refill the whole time I was there as five waitresses for a certain item.

   Unfortunately the menu didn’t display all the available meat options for the churrasco experience. When we inquired with the manager, Miriam, she was a bit passive aggressive stating “they aren’t part of YOUR experience” which would’ve sufficed—until she returned and when I asked for a menu she was condescending and stated “if you’re looking for the meats, they’re not listed. You can go online and check what you can get.” It was our first time joining and celebrating my birthday. It was just unnecessary and rude. Especially from a manager. The host and the waitresses were lovely. Took a while for the meats to come by until we requested it and it just wasn’t what we expected.

   It was an all you can eat meat service, and the surface was scarce. We had to request several times to have service at our table. The waiter only showed two or three times just to check on us and never completed our request at times the matron D try to make up for it, however That was limited as well. We do like this restaurant and continue to frequent it thinking that their service would change.

   Food was very salty. Servers were trying, but came around with meats before we were done with our salads and when our “colored disks “ were still red.

    The food was okay - the salad bar was good. However, the meat is generally cold by the time they hit our plates or made its way to us, which really impacted the dining experience. Th AC was cold and the plates were cold, which did not help the situation. The meat choices were lacking too - not much to choose from. The service was also lacking - definitely didn’t felt welcomed there.
