   Great experience at Fogo de Chao-Roseville. I’ve been to the one in SF before but definitely had a better experience here 🤗 Very happy as I took my partner here for the 1st time trying Fogo de Chao. Very friendly staff and warm space. We really appreciate our server explaining the menu to ensure we get the right things offered. Everyone was very attentive. Can’t wait to take our parents here!

   I’ve been to other locations and had a good experience but this one specifically was pretty disappointing. The service was extremely slow and it was clear that the staff does not communicate well. We were done eating probably after 40 minutes but we were there for 2 hours and 10 minutes. It’s too much to even type but I don’t think i’d ever go back.

   Really cool place. Meat was good and service was great. They check in on you a lot to make sure everything is good and the food comes out very hot.

   Long wait even with a reservation (waited 45 min after my reservation time) with a 6:00p reservation on a Saturday night. The cook on the meat was variable, ranging from rare to well done, despite asking for medium. Standouts include beef rib and cheese + honey. Salad bar was unmemorable.

   Food is good service is difficult if you are in corner of the room we had the same meats coming buy for the first 45 minutes. Our waiter Armando was excellent. Very very loud we could not hear each other sitting across from one another.

   The food was delicious and worth the price. They have a lot of options, plus a nice salad bar. The place is beautiful inside and has a great atmosphere. Our server, Maya, was amazing! She was so friendly and gave us great service. The only thing we didn’t like was the long wait. Even though we made a reservation over a month ago, we still had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated. That was frustrating, but overall, we enjoyed our visit and would come back!

   The Market Table buffet/salad bar was fantastic for lunch. It’s a great deal. Service was slow both times I went there and it was confusing as to who are server was. The second time I went I did the Full Churrasco. It was good but combined with the Market Table, it was way too much food for me to eat. But who can complain about that? This place is awesome and great quality food. No complaints and I will be going back. You just have to be prepared to allow a lot of time to eat there.

    Where do I start, we we’re literally about 3/4 of the way done with dinner before we actually saw a server, the only reason we we’re getting food is we had to ask a manager for a red/green coaster. Once we complained to the manager they started to come around a little more often. This was our 7th time there and 5 times we had horrible service, either severs or gauchos. I love the Fogo in Santana Row but this Fogo just can’t get things right. So we are officially not going back for a while and will go to Galpao Gaucho or Flame and Fire for the near future. Galpao by far has superior service and the same quality of meats, Flame and Fire is more quaint and a very nice place as well.
