   The food was delicious and worth the price. They have a lot of options, plus a nice salad bar. The place is beautiful inside and has a great atmosphere. Our server, Maya, was amazing! She was so friendly and gave us great service. The only thing we didn’t like was the long wait. Even though we made a reservation over a month ago, we still had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated. That was frustrating, but overall, we enjoyed our visit and would come back!

   The Market Table buffet/salad bar was fantastic for lunch. It’s a great deal. Service was slow both times I went there and it was confusing as to who are server was. The second time I went I did the Full Churrasco. It was good but combined with the Market Table, it was way too much food for me to eat. But who can complain about that? This place is awesome and great quality food. No complaints and I will be going back. You just have to be prepared to allow a lot of time to eat there.

   Where do I start, we we’re literally about 3/4 of the way done with dinner before we actually saw a server, the only reason we we’re getting food is we had to ask a manager for a red/green coaster. Once we complained to the manager they started to come around a little more often. This was our 7th time there and 5 times we had horrible service, either severs or gauchos. I love the Fogo in Santana Row but this Fogo just can’t get things right. So we are officially not going back for a while and will go to Galpao Gaucho or Flame and Fire for the near future. Galpao by far has superior service and the same quality of meats, Flame and Fire is more quaint and a very nice place as well.

   Drinks came out slow and variety of meats slowed down with cheaper meats being served more often. Super nice staff and feel of the restaurant was good. For the price, experience was just ok.

   Out of the 3 Brazilian steakhouses in Roseville, this one is the nicest. Not worth $71 per person for the experience option though. I could have gone to Morton’s for what we paid here, and would have gotten a better meal.

   The service needs work. Inexperienced servers . Hopefully they figure out the training for servers.

   Waiter awesome…food & drinks great…..noise level off the charts…. Packed in like a smorgasbord…. Temperature a balmy 78 degrees….. than they hand you a bill for $220. Complete catastrophe if you’re expecting a nice night out. Cheers!
