   One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Fogo. It is sort of a Christmas Day tradition for the entire family to gather for lunch at Fogo. Had to wait way past our reservation time, which was difficult given we had young kids with us. Service was poor and we barely got any meat. There were very few meat servers and even overall staff was scarce. We had to complain numerous times to get a small selection of meat. When we did get served meat, it was not up to par. Service was poor. Not sure if it’s the location, because other locations I’ve been at we don’t have this poor of an experience. Won’t be returning anytime soon and will be changing our annual tradition.

   Service from the young man refilling our water and taking our plates was great. The waiter who took our order disappeared so I can’t say it was great service. The seating was also not that great. We were not a fan of the corner seating.

   Everything about this staff is five star. Stephanie , Claudia, Isais, and my wonderful server at the Bar . I wish I could remember everyone’s name. Ever since they opened, they have been there for me for every wonderful occasion and I won’t go anywhere else to eat meat. love the WOODLAND HILLS STAFF!

   The best part of the experience was when the manager Steven took over our service! He was professional and very courteous. Our server was a young gentleman who obviously didn’t have experience! I have been to Beverly Hills location a few times and they would bring the food until you reject the food. We only got one round and we kept waiting and waiting for the servers to bring more food we requested many times and they were serving other tables after a few serving. He right away came to get our dessert order which we told him that we are not ready for dessert yet he was very insisting to get the dessert order.  overall it was not the same experience that in his location, I’m for sure not going back to the Woodland Hills location!

   Went for my birthday dinner with my family. We were greeted pleasantly at the door with our reservation and seated and multiple servers introduced themselves and helped us. We ordered several appetizers. And some entrees. Food was good. Nothing out of this world but it was a nice dinner outing. Service was good. There was always someone alarming how we were doing and if we needed anything. Nice treat.

   This is my favorite dinner spot so I came to celebrate my birthday with a couple people f friends. We had a reservation for 7:15 and we weren’t seated until 7:40. Our waiter only took drink order and he never came back to check on us to see if we wanted more drinks, which we did, we had to ask another waiter for water. The market table was empty and k had to wait 10 minutes for it to be filled again. It took another 15 minutes to get meat to our table and we didn’t get all the meats we wanted to try. To top it all off the table next to us had children running around the whole time and were being very loud. It felt like as if we got sat down as the kids play place at a McDonald’s. Kids kept bumping in to my chair and dropping our coats because of the running around. We had a very nice manager towards the end of our meal to offer us dessert on the house but overall it was not a great experience.
