   For a higher end restaurant they have no wine list They only carried two white wines They have tasting menu which offers no wine with tasting Don’t have to have it but should be offered Plus for my main dish would have gotten more of a portion if I got a can of tuna than grouper This restaurant can be so much better

   Beautiful restaurant, food very well presented but two of the plates completely unevenful (the quesadillas & the Tres Leches), the pork and the black hamburger excellent, ceviche was ok. What ruined the night was the poor service provided by the waiter Eduardo. Maybe this is why we did not enjoy fully the meals. It is sad to see that the owners and chef try hard to have a nice place, most of the waiters once seated basically ignores the guest, 4 waiters and we had to wait long till a female waiter came to help us, we just wanted ice & water….

   A great experience with outstanding service from Eduardo. We had some people with food restrictions and they were able to provide good substitutes. The place is beautiful, a hidden jewel in the city. The only recommendation I have is on the food, the traditional dishes with little tweaks were great but the ‘complicated or innovative’ fell short.

   We had an amazing meal! My group shared a bunch of dishes so that we could taste everything and I must say that, while everything was delicious, the burger is the best that I’ve had EVER! The service was incredible and the building (an old speakeasy) was gorgeous! I will come back next time I’m in Mexico City!

   Me esperaba más de la comida . El lugar bonito, muy bien atendidos , a excepción de que solicité por aquí un postre con vela para el cumpleaños , me dijeron que no había problema y que no tenía que decir nada al llegar , ya que era una sorpresa .. y nada aún sigo esperando a que me saquen la vela del cumpleaños . Sorpresa la mía cuando no me sacaron nada. No se come mal , pero es excesivamente caro , no se ajusta la calidad de la comida al precio.

    I went to Fónico with three friends for my birthday dinner while in Mexico City and had a great experience. I ordered the Bacanorita cocktail - it was the smoothest cocktail I’ve ever had in my life. The salsa starters were all so flavorful, and the guacamole was out of this world. The chicken mole was great but not life-changing. We got some churros for dessert which came with an incredible bit of ice cream. My only complaint about the dessert was not enough of that ice cream!! Overall great experience, would recommend.
