Owned by Chef Allen Hess, FORC brings farm to table in the heart of Waimea. FORC showcases a farm to table aspect by bringing fresh harvests from Farmers, the Ocean and Ranchers. By changing our menu seasonally, we are able to get creative with what Hawai’i has to offer us. Local style brunch items like our FORC signature sandwich, brown butter banana pancakes and our housemade bacon. Hearty seasonal dinner dishes like our Big Island grass fed beef, whole roasted fish, and Chef’s Hawaiian Meal. There are vegetarian, paleo and gluten free options too. Indulge more with special menus like happy hour and holiday menus. Sip on our award winning cocktails or sit down and soak in the best dining atmosphere.

Unexpectedly, our best meal on the island so far this trip. Food was well-prepared and full of flavor. Hospitality was excellent. Without calling them out by name, compares very favorably to several of the more known top places Waikoloa/Waimae/Havi.

Our family loved our meal at Forc. We were a party of 9 which didn’t seem to phase our server. She was friendly and efficient. The food was unique and delicious. Hawaiian influenced. Loved the poke, goat tacos and Surf and Turf with butterfish and Korean Shortrib. Yum

Our second time. Service was still good but the food has fallen off. We are hoping that they can get back to the previous level of amazing food.

We shared a whole kampachi grilled fish beautifully prepared with truffle oil. And the salads and fried rice were amazing. The kids devoured the short ribs. So welcoming!! A wonderful restaurant !!!!

Chef Hess (and FORC owner) comes out to chat with you and ask about your meal - and that tells you a lot about how this place operates. Very solid service, nice spot right down in the center of Waimea but you feel like you're out in the countryside. Ahi sashimi and "adult" mac and cheese (gnocchi + goat cheese + bacon) were both excellent. The NY strip was locally sourced (Parker Ranch) and was super flavorful. Cocktails were also professionally prepared and outstanding; dessert was macadamia nut and chocolate heavy and that was all to the good as well. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Great meal with our ohana. Chef Allen and his team executed the dinner service to perfection. From the standard menu appetizers and steaks, to the elevated preparation and presentation of the catch of the day (4lb Onaga). Everything was on point!
