   Staying in the Hapuna Beach resort area, where the restaurants are pricey and the food options just aren't great. We drove to Waimei on recommendation from a guide we worked with and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere at FORC was welcoming, and the food was outstanding, with options we loved. The service was exceptional, and the value was excellent. Best meal we've had in 4 days in a resort.

   Excellent food, service fantastic. Did not know this restaurant was here in Waimea. Hidden gem. Will be back!

   The main down side was we waited 50 mins for our food. Besides that the food and drinks were excellent. The waitress was very nice, the chef was great. Mahalo

   In the past two years, this was our favorite restaurant on the big island. We were excited to have dinner again this year. Everything was terrible. None of the food was fresh. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant? It is now off our list of places to go. It’s too bad.

   Such a wonderful restaurant. This was our second time having dinner at FORC over the past 12 months. Great cuisine, excellent service, and we enjoyed a wonderful garden fresh house salad and Korean Short Rib.

   Yummy yummy yummy 2nd time visiting FORC Have had a lot of fish this week so we both went with BEEF Ribeye & the LOCO MOCO NY both outstanding and the FORC Mai Tai...like candy We will be back in January 2025 hugs d

   We were disappointed with our experience. We had 5:00 PM reservations and they were already out of many of the menu items. We tried to order a bottle of wine and were told that they had just sold the last one. So we ordered a couple of glasses of wine. My food was good but my wife’s fish was under cooked and cold in the middle. The restaurant was noisy because the door of the dining room was open and we could hear the traffic from the nearby road. The waiter gave our glasses of wine on the happy hour price 😊. We laughed the whole thing off, we are locals and sometimes stuff is just weird here. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

    There are limited restaurants in Waimea and Forc is one of the best. Well prepared and tasty farm to table food. Nice atmosphere in the dinning room and a lively bar seen next to the dinning room. Good service and nice staff. Friendly locals. A real asset for those of us who live in the area.
