   The staff cares about your experience and the food was good especially the prosciutto app and chicken parm. The Carbonara had too much bacon and pancetta for me and they did offer to make me a new dish which was really appreciated. Caesar salad was also very good. Will be back to try other dishes in the future.

   This restaurant is just delightful. The food is amazingly good. Portions are enormous. Service is top notch. Please never leave Sewickley!!! We love having a wonderful Italian restaurant right in our town. If you are not from Sewickley it’s worth coming here for this food.

   I had an amazing experience here! The food is absolutely top-notch, with everything made in-house. The fried mozzarella was a perfect 10/10—crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside—and paired beautifully with the flawless marinara sauce. Every dish arrived piping hot, which I truly appreciated since it's been an issue at other places lately. The portions are generous, especially the eggplant Parmesan, which is easily big enough to share. The Caesar salad was another highlight, with buttery, house-made croutons that added a wonderful touch. Overall, the food and service were fantastic. It’s a small spot that offers great meals, though I’d note that their fiber service on weekends can be a bit slow, which slightly impacted the overall experience. Still, I highly recommend this place for the quality and care put into their food!

   GREAT value! The portion sizes were HUGE and the quality of the food was incredible. Some things to note is that it is BYOB, but if you forget to bring your own beverage they are next door to a liquor store which is very convenient. The service is on the slower side, so if you are looking for a quick meal this may not be the best choice. That being said, if you are looking for a leisurely meal with good food and leftovers for days, Forma is the PERFECT spot!

   The service and servers were very nice and attentive and the environment was intimate. The portions were HUGE so unless you want a large amount of left overs you may want to share. The Brussels were amazing and the meatballs were very good. The chicken from the chicken parm was Los very good. The sauce was very thin and sweet. They serve flat water with no ice and you can drinks from the cooler. The wedding soup was more like a fresh chicken noodle with meatballs - different but light. The pasta itself was very good and honestly the servers were so very nice. Service is paced and dinner and apps took about 1hr45min. We do not drink but this would be a great spot to share wine and enjoy a slow meal over great conversation.
