Frascati is a Mediterranean style bistro, located in one of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhoods – Russian Hill. When a guest walks through the door of Frascati, he or she is initially treated to a friendly and comfortable dining room. Frascati encompasses a truly European aura, but is also a cozy, San Francisco neighborhood bistro. This tri-level restaurant features warm colors, high ceilings, antique light fixtures and street views of cable cars clanging up and down Hyde Street. The natural light and energetic atmosphere all convey a lively spirit.

Our cuisine is inspired from the Mediterranean coast and has strong Californian influences. The menu shifts frequently to utilize the best and freshest ingredients any season has to offer. Also, we pride ourselves on all of our house made desserts and ice creams.

Of equal importance, Frascati has become known for having an eclectic wine list which nicely complements the food.

Please join us to share in our incredibly special New Year's Eve menu. We are offering a four-course menu for $165 per person. Because of the special menu we will need a credit card to hold your reservation. All reservations must be confirmed/canceled by December 22nd, after that the credit card will be charged in full. Our regular menu will not be available this evening. We look forward to ringing in the new year with you.

A wonderful experience and a great find! Our meal was wonderful and the friendly environment and great service put our experience over the top. A picture perfect evening in San Francisco. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect- wine and food were both delicious and the ambience is unmatched. We got the brussel sprouts to start, a bread basket, the papardelle, and the chicken and everything was phenomenal. Not usually big on chicken at restaurants but it was perfectly cooked and the sauce was divine. Great spot for a date and well priced considering quality

We’ve been coming here for 25 years, since when we lived in the neighborhood. Always enjoy eating here. Owners and staff are lovely. I hope to be coking back for another 25 years.

Our waiter from Gaeta, Italy was fabulous! He was attentive and professional. We wished we had more light at our table, just a little. The wine was superb ! The ambiance is warm and enticing. The Roasted chicken was savory. Thank you for a nice evening.

John and Rebecca are so warm and welcoming, and their menu, presentation and service, and especially the food, all exquisite! If you’re looking for a cozy, family run spot in SF, this is ours!

We dine at Frascati every time we visit San Francisco. It is a lovely restaurant with friendly staff and good quality food. Call us old-fashioned, but we prefer their old menu and "comfort food" cuisine.
