This is a favourite spot run by fantastic people and they deserve all of the success they have. Make a reservation if you don't want to be disappointed and turned away, it's popping most nights and lunches.

We appreciated the lovely, festive ambiance, attentive service and good wine selection. The food however not so much. We found our dishes dry, lacking flavour and creaminess. We could tell the ingredients were fresh but the final result lacked tastiness. We had meatballs, kale caesar, 2 pizzas (1 ea white & red), the pasta special and tiramisu. All not bad but not tasty enough to return again for more.

I am usually quite positive about Fratelli's - this time though it was a lot of little things that made the experience less than lovely. I had sent a note with my reservation requesting a particular table - they did not read my note. The front door of the restaurant banged quite loudly every single time it closed. And it seemed to take forever to get service. So not my best experience - but I know they can do better.

Date night at the bar, the warm olives and calamari for starters were tasty and plentiful. The mains of salmon and penne picante were spicy and colourful. Prosecco and Moscow Mules to drink. Enjoyed this restaurant; a little loud but very pleasant overall. Jordan was an excellent barkeep.

We arrived about 35 minutes before our reservation and they were able to accomadate us (which we appreciated) however we were seated close to the front door and it got quite chilly with people coming and going. We love having the bread with oil/vinegar and were surprised to find out that the first basket is free and any other basket is an additional charge. This wouldn't typically be an issue as food comes out relatively quick but they were hosting a large party and food was taking a little longer than we are used to. Even the apps we had ordered felt like they took a long time to get to the table.
