   The food was delicious! Lamb shanks were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor and the Tom yum soup was perfect. Our server was great too, some of the best service we got while staying in DC! Extremely attentive, food came out in a timely manner and we were never left with a glass empty. Can’t wait to come back! Great place to dine in or just sit at the bar to grab a drink and watch the game.

   While the service was a bit slow, the food still managed to be ok! It wasn’t exceptional, but it certainly wasn’t disappointing either.

   Conveniently located at Dupont Circle in The Ven hotel, the restaurant had several positives: a clean, modern decor; extremely attentive staff; and an interesting, culturally diverse menu. That said, the food was only so so. I had the poutine for which the fries were served only semi-warm, not hot, so the cheddar cheese was firm and stringy, not gooey. I also had a Indonesian inspired grilled octopus which was not especially soft and succulent, but was instead a little too firm. If you're not overly food finicky you'll like the place. If you're... "it's all about the food," you can find better places.

   We went for the happy hour, but stayed for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice ambiance, really good food, and reasonable prices. Great location one block off Dupont Circle (in the Marriott Bonvoy). We'll definiately go again.

   Service was terrible. When we asked about a particular wine, our server said, "I'm only 18. I don't know." We had to tell her to ask the bartender. Main course was delivered with appetizer. Salad came later. We returned the salad but it still showed up on our bill. Server never came back to table to ask if we would like another drink within the 90 minutes we were there. Would not recommend.

   Great location and ambiance. Menu was interesting and portions were large, but food itself was inconsistent. The tuna dish was particularly disappointing with the tuna significantly overcooked and served with overripe avocado slices.

    I had a very enjoyable lunch at Fred & Stilla. Every meal I ordered was absolutely yum!!! I highly recommend Very Friendly And Courteous Staff✅ Culinary elegance ✅ Lovely Ambiance ✅ Excellent food ✅ Valet Parking ✅ 🚻 Restroom ✅
