The noise level was acceptable so that we could converse pleasantly. The menu was interesting, the portions were good, the food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable. The service was very good and the people were pleasant.

This was our first visit to Friar's Table and we had a wonderful experience! We love the decor, the service, the food and the very friendly wait staff! I thoroughly enjoyed my salmon with the beets and oranges as a side. My husband and daughter got the beef stew as an appetizer and found it absolutely delicious. The only issue was that my daughter got a lot of beef in her cup and my husband got a lot of broth. But this is an easy fix! In addition, my daughter enjoyed a delicious salad and my husband enjoyed his chicken dish very much! We will be back for sure! Great job everyone!

Overall The Friar's Table is a beautiful restaurant in a great location with a good hearty menu. We loved our food and enjoyed the atmosphere. The Friar's Table just opened and was not at all crowded - in fact we were seated in the very large back room alone without any other customers. It was nice and quiet for conversation, but we would have liked being in the front area. The servers included Bella were very pleasant, but some of the kinks in service need to be worked out (keeping our water glasses full, refilling coffee and not clearing bread plates so quickly etc.). The bread basket included one slice of bread for each of the four of us and we had to pay for additional slices. Bread was good but would have been better if warmed. Dinners, soup and salads were excellent, but the desserts were just average.
