What could be more fun than taking the entire family out to Fujiyama for this Japanese specialty where the food is grilled right before your eyes? Half of the restaurant is a dedicated hibachi dining with 8 grills. There are also two private hibachi rooms perfect for party celebrations.

If sushi and sashimi suits your palate we are one of the best choices you can make. Fresh fish arrives daily and is always made to order by master level chefs. For those customers with dietary restrictions we are proud to serve a number of low carb sushi rolls that come without rice and are wrapped in cucumber.

We love hibachi! We normally have excellent cooks but last night it was just okay. He was great but he sped through the whole process. Dinner is a bit pricey but the experience make it worth it.

Enjoyed the cooking in front of us but the service outside of that was not great. We were never asked if we wanted other drinks besides water, the hostess that sat us wasn’t very friendly and the cooking was shorter than at comparable places. Food was good.

Compared to other hibachi restaurants, I was thoroughly impressed. The performance of our chef was more impressive than other restaurants. I even found the food to taste better. When given a choice between the two, I am more likely to choose Fujiyama. Their safety protocols were top-notch but not oppressive. We will be back.

Pretty good food, pretty slow service. Waited over half an hour to be seated with a reservation.

Dinner was yummy, especially my salmon. Our cook was fun enough but the table next to us for their birthday boy got a lot more interaction from the chef than my birthday girl did and that bummed us out just a bit. We were hoping for a bit more shenanigans. We did write that we had a birthday in our group.

We were a party of three. We were seated at the same hibachi table with an older couple without masks. The couple wore no face masks, although the food has not been served yet and talked a lot. We were not comfortable with the couple's behavior and asked to be reseated. There were several empty hibachi tables and reseating should not have been a problem. The waiter was not happy with the request, but asked to wait on the bench until the other table will be ready for us. At a new table we were cramped in its corner. Considering that even with our reseating there were still empty tables, we moved ourselves to the center seating of the hibachi table. The waiter showed up and requested us to skooch back into the corner, for he intended to seat another party with us. Why? There were so much space at the restaurant -why cramp people now, during pandemic? Is one party not entitled to have a table to themselves under the pandemic regulations? When we requested to have the table to ourselves, the waiter said, and I quote: " either skooch over, or leave"! Was he not overstepping his boundaries or was he just plain rude? We said, "ok, we are leaving". While we were putting on our jackets, the same waiter showed up and said: "the restaurant will accommodate your request and you may stay". Gee, thanks for the permission! We stayed for we had a child with us, who was eager to see the chef cook. In retrospect, we should have left. Our table reservation was for 12:30 pm, chef came to cook food for us at 1:30pm. The veggies were bitter and our salmon was burned on one side. As we were eating our weird meal, we saw another party of three at the hibachi table of their own, not sharing it with anyone. Interesting, isn't it? The chef showed cool tricks and cooked our child's meal well. For that we were grateful and left 20% of tips. We do not recommend going to the restaurant in small parties and staying if the waiter tells you to leave.

Food was delicious, hibachi chef was very nice and talented. We went in the middle of a Sunday afternoon and there was hardly a soul, having the place to ourselves wasn’t too bad! Portion sizes are large enough we had leftovers for dinner. Reasonably priced for the experience and quality of food/service. I would definitely recommend!
