Food beyond good! Loved the visual descriptions on the ipad , made decisions on the specials that much easier. Our wait service was not! With two larger parties in house the attention to our service disappeared! Small tables might return over and over so attention to detail for a couple enjoying a night out is vitally important to a small business. The wait servers can’t just disappear.

As always the food was amazing, fresh, and well prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff is always accommodating and was very conscientious of allergies in our group and made special accommodations for us that went above and beyond. We recommend Fusion to all of our friends. It never disappoints. Highly recommend for a delicious meal in a nice ambiance.

The food was delicious and I love the fact the menu was simple offering many delicious dishes. We had some specials and items off the menu and all dishes were flavorful and everyone in our group enjoyed them. We do plan on coming back to this cute, and welcoming restaurant. Ps a great BYOB!

As always, Fusion 27 was amazing. The food is innovative and the quality is superb. The specials make it tough to choose and make it hard to order anything from the regular menu. The servers, Gianna (hope I'm spelling that correctly) and Byron were great! Our favorite restaurant!

Excellent food served so well. Fusion lives up to its name in that no matter what you order you will experience a "fusion" of extraordinary flavors curated to wow your tastebuds. We have never had a bad meal here. The food as well as the service is elevated dining without the pretentiousness you might find in other restaurants. If you try Fusion once you will know what I mean and always come back. Of course its BYOB which makes eating here a no brainer.
